It was the nicest way I've went around LA. First time with mom, it was informative and we were lucky with good weather. There was a staff member by the transfer area to guide the passengers who wanted to see the beach. We went for the round and didn't hopped off since my mom couldn't walk as much, but still great. We started at noon and finished the red and blue line around 4 to 5 pm without stopping except the transfer to the blue line and getting on until we reached the 1st stop at the big bus tour point. We went around the shops and souvenirs there then. It was a great way to start the trip to LA. 10 over 10 recommend. Download the app. Hop off if ever and still see the timeline of the busses. Crew were nice and would offer it to others to try too. Cheaper than getting a private vehicle and with easy to personalize the itinerary. Might try to go to the museums next time and Paramount studios tour. Seen farmers market and the grove before. Must see and eat there again! Try 48 hrs bus

We bought this ticket cheaper than booking directly with the tour. Klook had an ongoing offer. We are grateful for the discount. at the Big Bus office, an emplyee named Rocky helped with the ticket redemption and gave us a few helpful tips with regard the loops on the tour. The bus drivers were polite, the bus was well maintained an a staff stationed at point No.6 ion the blue red loop was helpful as well. Rocky greeted as we disembarked at the office when left the bus. The Audio commentary was clear too.

Highly recommended to anyone visiting LA for a few days and would want to visit the top spots easily. I just wish they extend the operating hours. PS. Don't forget to wear sunscreen when seated on the open deck.
