It was the nicest way I've went around LA. First time with mom, it was informative and we were lucky with good weather. There was a staff member by the transfer area to guide the passengers who wanted to see the beach. We went for the round and didn't hopped off since my mom couldn't walk as much, but still great. We started at noon and finished the red and blue line around 4 to 5 pm without stopping except the transfer to the blue line and getting on until we reached the 1st stop at the big bus tour point. We went around the shops and souvenirs there then. It was a great way to start the trip to LA. 10 over 10 recommend. Download the app. Hop off if ever and still see the timeline of the busses. Crew were nice and would offer it to others to try too. Cheaper than getting a private vehicle and with easy to personalize the itinerary. Might try to go to the museums next time and Paramount studios tour. Seen farmers market and the grove before. Must see and eat there again! Try 48 hrs bus

We bought this ticket cheaper than booking directly with the tour. Klook had an ongoing offer. We are grateful for the discount. at the Big Bus office, an emplyee named Rocky helped with the ticket redemption and gave us a few helpful tips with regard the loops on the tour. The bus drivers were polite, the bus was well maintained an a staff stationed at point No.6 ion the blue red loop was helpful as well. Rocky greeted as we disembarked at the office when left the bus. The Audio commentary was clear too.

A must buy! For independent travelers who don’t want to be stuck in traffic or don’t have a car, this is how you can visit all the major attractions in downtown Los Angeles in half a day! The app is also very convenient for tracking where the car is now. There is an audio guide on the car, which is highly recommended!

Though there was no human tour guide, it was a great way to see Hollywood with the limited time we have. The little audio history for the stops were good but wish the enunciation would have been clearer and a bit slower/regular speed. All in all a good experience though!

Super easy to buy tickets on Klook. It’s great that there is the Big Bus app to track the buses, however only for the red line (the Hollywood loop). There is earphone provided to listen to the commentary of areas/stops along the route. We took the first bus and sat the whole loop to see which stops we are interested in getting off. Hubby found that there was more commentary in the first bus than the second. We decided to change to the blue line, to visit Santa Monica. The blue line is every hour, so less frequent. The traffic around Santa Monica is pretty busy. Overall, the bus is a good option for getting a quick overview of Hollywood. We find if you want to do both loops, you don’t really have time to hop off/hop on, as LA traffic gets pretty bad in the afternoon. We wish the buses run for longer.
