There is no better way to earn Thai cooking once you are in Thailand and taking a Thai cooking class.The cooking class at Phuket Thai Cooking by VJ has a cozy and friendly atmospher. You are not only watching, but also participating in the cooking of traditional Thai dishes. Also as a part of our cooking, we visit the local market (morning sessions) to learn about exotic local fruits and vegetables. You will also get to try and taste different kinds of local fruits. There is always an abundance of new things to see and taste.

Since it was morning time, I went to the market and got picked up right on time! It was fun because they kindly explained the dishes and explained the ingredients well. On the day I went, there were maybe 10 to 12 people. I think it was about the same amount. However, it's really hot when cooking haha. You can feel the hard work of the Thai chefs. Maybe that's why the food tasted even better haha.
Highly recommend attending a market tour and cooking class by VJ if you are in Phuket. Her knowledge, expertise and presentation skills will have you cooking like a true Thai.
