Driver was punctual. He was patient and friendly. He was resourceful and even recommended us where to eat for lunch. One of the best meal I had in Kunming, Yiliang roast duck. Highly recommended to book this service with Klook. Kudos to Mr.Kuang our driver.
Mr Li is a very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable driver. He brought us to all the places that we wanted to go in Kunming and also shared more about these places and also other places in Yunnan which we were going to go to. We enjoyed listening to him share interesting experiences that he had as a tour driver. He makes it a point to be early in picking us up and was very apologetic once when he was a little late in picking us up from one of the attractions (but which wasn't his fault as there was an unexpected jam which we saw on our way back from the attraction). When we left Kunming for Dali, we also received a call from him asking if we managed to board the train as he was worried about us missing the train. He is a very sincere driver and our stay in Kunming was made more convenient and enjoyable with Mr Li!
Driver wasn't the friendliest. He did the job well and brought us to the places we requested, and that's just about it. Perhaps we have had too high expectations from our previous encounters with other drivers around the world.
Recommended to get a private charter within Kunming if you're travelling with kids or elderly. It makes getting around so much easier. Although there's a planned itinerary on Klook, you can provide your intended itinerary with places you'd want to go when you make the booking.
the driver that i met in kunming is not for tourist, he doesn't know the tourist spot and because of it we only visit dianchi lake , we want to go to yuantong temple but he doesn't know the place, when we he argueing about the kilometer and hours even i know that we only use less than 5 hours he insists to ask 100 yuan and we argue about kilometer ,we only go to dianchi no more to see in kunming because he doesn't know anything about tourist area and the service is awfull so annyoing!
