Good to know
- Here are some insider tips to help you make the most of your Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, and Crazy Horse tour with My XO Adventures:
1.Catch the Morning Light at Mount Rushmore
- Morning is the best time to see Mount Rushmore. The light is soft and illuminates the faces perfectly, making for stunning photos and a quieter experience before the crowds arrive.
2.Ask Your Guide About Local Lakota Legends
- When we visit Crazy Horse, ask about the meaning behind Crazy Horse’s pointing gesture and the legends that surround him. This perspective adds a unique layer to the experience.
3.Use the Private Tour to Your Advantage
- Since this tour is private, let us know if you’d like to linger longer at a specific spot or skip an area to explore somewhere else. The pace is entirely up to you, and we’re here to make it as enjoyable as possible.
4.Soak Up the Stars If You’re Staying Overnight
- The Badlands offer some of the clearest night skies. If you’re staying in the area overnight, book our Badlands Sunset and Night Sky. It's often said how unbelievably beautiful and unexpected our experience was for guests.
