It's my first time to get a tour from Klook and it was definitely a great experience! I was quite doubtful at first on how the local tour guide will contact me, especially with the scams around. But the day before the tour, the local tour company messaged me via WhatsApp. Thankful for my tour guide, Kane, who was very accommodating. Although at times, he wasn't able to truly understand my question, I'm still grateful for Kane because he can communicate in English well. I was able to ask Kane not only about the historical sites in Hanoi but I was also able to get a sense of how they live in Hanoi. I highly recommend booking this tour because having a chance to talk to the local guide gives you also a better understanding and appreciation of Viet's way of life. Kane was very careful in driving the motorbike and I felt very safe during the ride, despite the challenging Hanoi traffic. Most of the time, I forgot to take photos of myself in the tourist spots but Kane initiated to take pictures. We went to the following tourist spots (which Kane also asked me if I wanted to visit them): 1. Old Railway 2. Old Pagoda 3. Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (but it was closed during our visit because it was a Monday. If you want to visit, go here from Tuesday-Saturday) 4. Temple of Literature The tour includes breakfast (I had dry noodles! It's so good!), coffee tasting (I tried egg coffee), and lunch (it was banh mi. It may be just a snack for some but I was full after eating it). By the way, before proceeding to our first stop, Kane recommended Kem Trang Tien to try their rice flake ice cream cone (worth 17,000 VD; it was a separate payment). It's good! The cone is not as heavy or thick like what we're used to eat in the Philippines. It's just light and refreshing.
Dylan and Lei were punctual and fantastic tour guides. They tried so well to communicate in English. The food they had us tried were all delicious, to the point we want back to the restaurant by ourselves to eat more of the sticky rice ice cream. :)
Vietnam trip would not be complete without trying out the motorcycle tour. Though it was our first time to ride a motorcycle during a tour, our guides Ruby & Lele did not fail to make us feel safe and comfortable. They took us to some major attractions in Hanoi. The most memorable one would be (of course) the Train Street. We were seated very near the track that we need to seat sideways while the train passed by. It was exhilarating and unforgettable. They also introduced us to some local dishes (mixed pho, che and egg coffee).
My guide Leo, did an amazing tour and photography. He was very thoughtful when it drizzled during our tour. Brought me to different places where they have delicious food and snacks and amazing landmarks. a must book tour when in Hanoi
It's good that I was able to learn a little bit if the old quarters, some history and food. We went to the cathedral and the train street plus 2 drinks (salt coffee and watermelon drinks that I haven't tasted coz it spliied), banh mi, noodles and spring rolls that I didn't like much. Overall, its a good experience for a first timer.
Paul and his gang were awesome! All my friends enjoyed the tour and they spoke great English and was understandable. They rode safe and was a great experience. Highlight was the train street experiencing the train so close to us twice
I did this booking one day before as I wasn’t sure if i could make it. My booking got accepted almost immediately, very efficient. My guide , Duc aka Aaron, he’s very friendly and warm. The pick up was no hassle. Experience local delights , input me information while riding pass some areas. I did enjoy the entire trip. Feels like a local ✌️😀
Our guides, Aaron and Bucky, were fantastic. They spoke very good English and drove well. They explained in details each spots we visited. Thank you, highly recommended to book this motorbike sightseeing n food tour.
We had an amazing time with Phuc and Huy (Bucki) for our Food and City Tour of Hanoi. They took us to some authentic restaurants and gave us historical information about the city. Very safe driving around in a motorbike and really the best way to see the city! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!
One of the best tours in my life. I booked a foody bike tour from them and got a special experience. Both Mr. Mike and Mr. Steven were really great. They were very skillful in English. They had a wide range of knowledge about Vietnam, Hanoi and food which they never tried to tell you. Their driving skills were also great with safety. They brought us to many interesting tourist spots including Hanoi Opera House, the 36 alleys, St Joseph Church and more. They also took us to many delicious local food shops that we never tried before. All the dishes were great. If anyone wants to experience motorbike riding, local food, tourist spots and learn some history, I really strongly recommend them.
