• Minoh Falls is open from June 10th to October 31st. Due to the rainy season and the characteristics of the mountain roads in the scenic area, Minoh Falls may be canceled if extreme weather could endanger visitors' safety. We appreciate your understanding.
• If the departure is temporarily canceled due to personal reasons of the traveler, the fee will not be refunded. For cancellations, please refer to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• This activity requires a minimum of 8 participants. If there are not enough participants, you can choose another activity date or request a full refund.
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
