Scooter was great. Problem was we had to pay an extra 30,000 dong surcharge as we had to switch to 50cc bike.We did not have International permit. When booking Klook site just asks if you have driving licence not International one.You are only allowed to drive up to 50cc without it. Feel klook are not making things clear to people and leaving them open to abuse by unscrupulous renters. Our guy was good and 30,000 dong is not much for 3 days.

The car delivery was on time, and the owner and staff had excellent service attitudes. The scooter was great to ride, and you don't need a Vietnamese driver's license. If you come to Hoi An, you can rent a scooter from the owner.

Renting a motorcycle in Da Nang requires a deposit or passport. This store is completely useless. Booking through klook, the price is only 2/3 of the market price. I rented it to go to An Bang Beach. I was worried about the return trip if I used Grab, so this was a great help. I was able to rent it without checking my passport or driver's license. It's cheap and easy to use. However, it says full-face, but it's actually a half helmet. Also, I appreciate that they come to the hotel to deliver and collect it, but the time is not very good. Is it Vietnam time? (lol)

Klook should be concerned about health & safety of it's customers. The bike rattled, ; Breaks were slow to respond, petrol was low. Had to travel 8 kilometers to fill up petrol. Wasted my time looking for petrol kiosk on independence day ( 2nd September) The renter just dropped the bike at the hotel, and left the keys at the receptionist. Not many people can use the leg paddle shift. As I said , Klook does not audit the motobike suppliers. For a Global company, they area disappointment. Dont rent motorbikes from Klook. You will regret it. I only used it to the Beach once, as I was concerned about safety issues. Again avoid booking motorbike on from Klook. Klook should concentrate on. tours ( I enjoyed the My Son & Hue deluxe tour. They were excellent . ). Motobike rentals- Klook does not do due diligence🙁

Transaction was fast and easy, operator contacted us before we even reached Hoi An. Upgraded our bike to a scooter at no additional costs. And provided delivery and pick up services at both hotels that we’ve stayed.
