I was late due to traffic jam but they were kind enough to wait and text me to confirm my arrival. The massage was relaxing and I appreciated how they asked me about areas to avoid and to focus on.

HARNN Spa is pure heaven. The moment you walk in, you’re embraced by peace and quiet. The rooms are so spacious and beautifully designed, giving you complete privacy to truly relax. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, making sure every moment feels special. And the tea… absolutely divine – fragrant, soothing, and the perfect ending to a flawless spa experience. Every detail here whispers luxury and care. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning my next visit.

first time visiting this outlet. have been to the heritage spa by harnn but this is much better. packaging includes body scrub, body massage and head massage… very relaxing and the spa products smell so nice!

I visited Scape by HARNN at CentralWorld and had a mixed experience. The treatment was excellent. My therapist was skilled, the massage pressure was perfect, and the body scrub was very well done. The room was spacious with a private bathroom. The experience ended nicely with tea and sweet fruit. However, the arrival experience was disappointing. I arrived 30 minutes early, but was asked to return later instead of being invited to wait. Although comfortable sofas were available, I was not offered a seat. After returning, I was served a cold towel and tea, then waited another 10 minutes as the room was not ready. The reception area also faces the mall walkway, making it feel less private and relaxing than expected from a luxury spa. While I was very happy with the therapist and treatment quality, the welcome experience did not meet my expectations. Having visited many spas worldwide, this was one of the few where I did not feel genuinely welcomed from the beginning.

This is my second visit, but it was really complicated and difficult to reserve the date. I originally booked the ticket when I traveled in December, but the date I wanted was not available and I was unable to make the reservation, so I canceled it. Even though I paid the cancellation fee, I was not refunded a few percent of the cancellation fee at all, and even after many email exchanges, the problem was not resolved, so I decided to use it without canceling since I came back to Thailand in July. However, even though I sent a message to decide the date again, the store told me to contact Klook, and Klook told me to contact the store... It was very stressful. I will not be going to this store again.

The location is very convenient, right on the 1st floor of Central World. The environment is very beautiful. The masseuse's technique is good.

nice massage, very relaxing with right pressure. overall it is nice atmosphere but there is loud music from store next door so it kinda of spoils the peacefulness of the spa.
