Traditional Hanbok Experience in Myeong-dong with In-House Studio

Can't rate this highly enough! It was really hot in Seoul when we visited and the previous day we saw lots of people looking really hot in hanbok at one of the royal palaces...so we looked for an experience where we could try some on indoors and just take photos there and found Lumi Space. Great range of costumes and really fun sets to take photos on, especially if you are a fan of historical dramas - this was one of the highlights of our visit for sure! Host was very helpful in getting our hanbok fitted and showing us the photo booth etc. Really great range of regular hanbok and costumes from dramas!

what an absolute delight, lady who served us 10 stars helpful, thoughtful and made sure we had an memorable experience. highly recommend. We love watching kdramas and I got to wear hanbok from an actual show. It was raining and humid outside and we were in air-conditioning such a wonderful experience ❤️😍

The owner is very nice and works diligently, speaking both English and Japanese. Because I was worried about the summer weather being too hot outdoors and also about rain, I ultimately chose this shop. My daughter and I had a pleasant morning.

a really fun experience, the owner speaks in English too, the outfits are clean and they have a nice variety of colours and styles. The venue has photo spots inside the building, which is a great option on a cold day. Highly recommend 😊

Comfortable environment to experience Hanbok, indoor studio with difference backgrounds to take photos with. We had the studio by ourselves very comfortable, fun and enjoyable experience. The lady who helped us to dress up is very friendly.

The owner was incredibly friendly. Because I brought my grandma to take photos, she patiently and carefully helped my grandma put on her shoes. The owner even gave us an extra photo booth picture!

The shop was easy to find. I told them my reservation at the reception and chose a costume. There were many costumes for women, but fewer for men. The women got their hair decorated and after dressing in the costumes, we took Purikura (photo booth) pictures downstairs. Afterwards, we went back upstairs and were free to take pictures. There were about six backgrounds. The receptionist took pictures for us. We visited as a family of six (two children). I think it's safe to say that there is no dedicated photographer who sells the photos taken. If you don't like Purikura, I recommend taking lots of pictures with your cell phone.
