The staff is very friendly, she constantly checked up the progress of the work and willing to help anytime. the final product can be collected ard 3 weeks since they need to do some finising touches.

Second time of tufting ! I got 5 hours of tufting but my arms are still fine because of non-gravity machine :)

Fun activity to do. The tufting gun lifted by the suspender definitely took the weight off and allow you to focus on creating your piece without arm sore. Do allow a week or two plus for them to do the finishing for you. You'll get your artwork after that.
