It's a little far from the center, so it's best to get there by Grab or Gojek. If you go about an hour before the show starts, you can get a seat near the front. It doesn't have an entertainment feel, but it has a nice traditional atmosphere. There are fewer customers than at Uluwatu Temple, so you can enjoy the show at your leisure.

The performers are locals residing near the Peliatan Royal Palace, and the experience feels almost otherworldly as hundreds of men chant and pray in unison. It’s both cultural and spiritual at the same time. This is definitely a must-see when visiting Bali—whether you experience it in Uluwatu Temple, Ubud Palace, or here in Peliatan. Lastly, you can have photos with performers with no extra charge. Just don't forget to tell them how you appreciate their performance. 👍

it was a really great experience! and i am really glad that i saw the show in ubud. it was a really easy enterance cause i got the ticket previously but just letting you know need to be there at least 30 mins (best is 1 hour) before the show to get the good seats.

The Kecak and Fire Dance performance at Ubud Palace was absolutely breathtaking! What truly impressed me was that even when a sudden downpour started mid-performance, the dancers remained completely unfazed. They continued to perform with incredible energy and powerful expressions in the rain, demonstrating a professionalism that deserves full marks. The entire audience applauded wildly! The music, fire, and dance created an incredibly immersive atmosphere. This ticket was definitely worth every penny, and I highly recommend that everyone visiting Bali experience this spectacular show firsthand!

The dance in itself was mesmerizing but the description on klook was wrong. There was only kecak dance but no fire dance. Please double check before booking as fire dance is not available in all venues.

It's just a few minutes by taxi from the city center. We were able to book in advance and purchase tickets at a slight discount, and we entered smoothly using a QR code. If you arrive about an hour early, you can get a front-row seat. The restrooms are quite dirty, so I recommend using facilities elsewhere. The Kecak performance was powerful, and the dancers were wonderful. I'm glad I went to see it!

interesting cultural performance but more kecak than fire (you'll know when you see it). bring bug spray as there may be mosquitoes!

The location is about 20 minutes from the center of Ubud. You should arrive 30-40 minutes early to get a front-row seat and take good photos. The show is very original, but it might not be for everyone. The monkey king was cool.

I enjoyed the famous Kecak dance. The performance lasted about an hour, which I found to be the perfect length to keep me engaged. It's also nice that you can take commemorative photos with the performers after the dance. There's a Babi Guling (suckling pig) food stall in the welcoming square of Peliatan Palace, where the performance is held, making it a great option for dinner after the show.

This was my first time seeing a traditional Indonesian performance, and I really felt the rich cultural atmosphere. The dancers' traditional costumes were also beautiful. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it before.
