Visited the Lindt Chocolate Museum during my Switzerland trip and honestly had a really enjoyable experience. The place is beautiful, modern, and smells amazing the moment you enter. The giant chocolate fountain at the entrance is super impressive and perfect for photos. I enjoyed learning about the history of chocolate and how Lindt chocolates are made. The interactive exhibits were easy to follow and fun even if you’re not usually into museums. The tasting section was definitely the highlight — getting to try different chocolates was such a happy moment. Booking through Klook was smooth and convenient. Entry process was easy and hassle-free. I’d recommend coming slightly earlier to explore slowly and enjoy the cafe/shop too. Great place for chocolate lovers, families, couples, or even solo travelers.
Get to know the history of chocolate and its production process up close. We had the opportunity to taste various chocolate flavors, including dark chocolate, milk, salt, hazelnut, and more. We could also take home one chocolate item per person at the end of the tour. Free lockers were also provided to store personal belongings.
It's an interesting and informative tour, filled with unlimited tasting of chocolates, and you can also take as much chocolates as gift as you can put in your pockets. No bag allowed, and you need to put in the lockers available (FOC).
nice and clean museum and walk u thru the process of choc making. tasting of different choc n collect choc ball right at the end of the tour. not really big but good experience. there are many variety of Lindt choc. travelling to location is convenient via train n short walk. after that we took a bus to the bahnofstrase for luxury shopping at Zurich area… old town photo taking
it’s fun, getting to hear the audio guide and understanding the whole chocolate process. got to try on warm liquid chocolate, some chocolate bars and the best part was grabbing chocolates. we didn’t managed to get a lot as it was controlled.
nice. punctual and had some goodies served during the guided tour. was insightful. our guide is Ting and she's friendly, speaks clearly too. lots of priority lanes and fast accesses to chocolates.. good experience, worth it.
Our visit to the Lindt Home of Chocolate in Zurich was a delight from start to finish. Opting for an early time slot turned out to be a great decision—the entry process was smooth, the crowd was minimal, and we had the space to fully enjoy each part of the experience. The exhibits were immersive, showcasing Lindt’s rich chocolate-making heritage, and the generous amount of free samples along the way made it all the more indulgent. We wrapped up our visit at the beautiful café, where we treated ourselves to their signature hot chocolate—rich, velvety, and unforgettable.
Visited the Lindt chocolate museum. Traveling down from Zurich HB was easy, just take 4 train stops and walk around 10 min down a scenic path. Entry into the museum was easy just need to scan QR code. Take note that they do not allow bags bigger than A4, need to store in the free locker nearby. Free sampling of chocolate sauce/pieces and free Lindt balls (7-8 flavours) are part of the ticket.
