Reviews
My one-day tour of Taipei City, which included Taipei 101, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, the National Palace Museum, the National Revolutionary Martyrs' Shrine, Longshan Temple, Bopiliao Historic Block, and Sisinan Village, was truly a delightful and enriching experience. This itinerary allowed me to see many important Taipei landmarks in one day, combining history, culture, and modern city life, making this trip particularly memorable. Mr. Vaness was an excellent tour guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive to the group throughout the trip. He shared interesting stories and historical backgrounds for each attraction, which helped me better understand Taiwan's history, culture, and traditions, and made each stop even more meaningful. He was also very organized and patient, always giving us ample time to explore, take photos, and enjoy the sights at our own pace, without ever feeling rushed. Thanks to his guidance, the entire journey was smooth, informative, and very enjoyable. Overall, this was an outstanding guided tour of Taipei City, and a great way to experience Taipei's essential attractions. Having Mr. Vaness as our guide made this experience even more unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Taiwan.
Our tour guide was Gabe Liu 劉育成 and all I can say is that he is the most accommodating tour guide and was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Taiwan. He was able to answer all our questions. He is also good with English which helped us appreciate his stories more. Anyone who’d be his tour group would be lucky!
This was a great tour. Jimmy, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of historical information. He was very punctual and professional. Overall, the trip was a great experience for the whole family! Good value for the money!
Excellent value! This is a fantastic tour option in Taipei. The driver and guide provided exceptional care and were very knowledgeable about the attractions. They even went the extra mile by asking about our food preferences and making restaurant reservations for us. If you're visiting Taiwan, booking this tour is highly recommended as one of the best. Special thanks to the guide for the outstanding care provided, thank you very much.
This tour was great. It was a really nice introduction to Taipei. The speed of the tour was awesome as it was at a leisurely pace allowing you enough time to explore the stops on the itinerary and do some shopping for souvenirs while at each spot. Even managed to eat lunch at Ding tai fung despite the waiting time of 60 minutes when at the taipei 101 spot. The tour guide Joanna Lin was phenomenal. She picked us up in a taxi car as there were only three of us and drove us around to each spot. While driving she gave a lot of background information on the spots we saw on the way that were not part of the itinerary. She also recommended what places to go to and buy food from at different spots and also sharing some personal recommendations of other places with delicious food in Taipei to visit by ourselves on another day. At some of the spots on the itinerary she gave a detailed explanation on what we were seeing, for example at Longshan temple. Joanna was awesome and even gave us a gift from one of the must go to places at Yongkang business district. At the end of the tour she even dropped two of us off at a specific restaurant and one of us at the hotel instead of the regular end point. If I could give her 6 or even 10 stars I would as she truly went above and beyond to make this tour an enjoyable experience.
We really enjoyed our trip in Taiwan. Jerry our tour guide is very knowledgeable and equipped. He is always ready (With water, tissue and fan etc for us) and happy to assist us in all of our questions and inquiries. He is on time and well experienced tour guide. Must recommend! :)
It was a really chill and nice tour. The transfer was comfortable since we used a car. George, our guide, was really helpful since he gave us recommendations especially for the food and site to see. He also gave brief information about the places we visited. The main highlight of the trip was the changing of the guards since there were also a few (super few) tourists there.
anderson was great. he was helpful from the tips and trivia in each your, and he was also helpful in letting us know what to do and where to go in the city tour. very chill and insightful tour
The tour guide was amazing! He shifts from Chinese to English to Japanese whenever he discusses a site. He's very informative and very helpful. It was nice being in his group.
We had so much fun with our tour guide, Gabe. I enjoyed learning more about Dao and Buddhist temples, Taiwanese cuisine, and visiting the National Palace Museum.
