We planned about 30% of our Yunnan trip on our own and booked this tour for the rest of our journey from Dali to Lijiang and Shangri-La. Our tour advisor, Sally, was incredibly patient, and responsive. She answered all of our questions before the trip, and two days before departure we were added to a WeChat group with Sally and our driver, which made communication very easy throughout the trip. A special thank you to our driver, Mr. He Guo Zheng, who truly made our journey even more enjoyable. He was always punctual and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. His kindness and attentiveness made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. The scenery throughout the trip was absolutely breathtaking. Every destination had something unique to offer, from majestic mountains and peaceful lakes to charming old towns.

We are family with 1 teenager and 1 primary 5 who enjoyed the trip very much. All the programs were well planned, the itenaries were not too packed and suited our free and easy pace. We have seen beautiful old towns in Dali, Li Jiang and Shangrila. Appreciated the majestic nature of mountain,lake, gorge, prairies etc. Enjoyed bicycle ride, boat ride, horse ride,performance. Especially thank to our great driver Mr 段国繁. He was patient, polite and drove with extreme care. We were well taken care of by him throughout the entire journey.The hotels were comfortable and clean. First time using this servive in Klook and it's all worthwhile! We are engaged by a local tour agency and they help us plan an itinerary based on our requirements. The pricing is good. The arrangement was top notch from the beginning till the end of our trip. Our driver 小段 is kind and helpful. My daughter had altitude sickness in Lijiang and he accompanied us in the hospital till late night. He even sent us back to our homestay once she was fine. Tour guide: When planning the trip, I inquired with several travel companies, specifically asking if they had female guides. Klook recommended Sister Mei to us, saying that customers who had been with her thought she was exceptionally good. So, after comparing several options, we embarked on a five-day, four-night journey with Sister Mei as our driver. Unexpectedly, Sister Mei turned out to be a fantastic guide – patient, meticulous, conscientious, and responsible. She took everyone's feelings into account and took care of us without us having to say much. Sister Mei thoughtfully prepared fruits, snacks, and local delicacies for us. She never rushed us, cared about whether we were warm enough, and demonstrated excellent driving skills on difficult roads. I knew choosing a female driver and female guide wouldn't be a mistake!

Our Shangri-La, Yading, and Lugu Lake trip has come to an end. A huge thank you to all the travel consultants for their thoughtful arrangements and daily warm reminders; the hotel arrangements were also spot-on. We're grateful to the platform for assigning Driver and Guide Mr. Li to us. He was always on time for pick-ups and drop-offs, his driving skills were top-notch, and he knew the tourist routes inside and out. He prepared fruits, snacks, and bottled water, which made us feel incredibly cared for. The raincoats, shoe covers, and other travel essentials he provided added necessary security to our journey, enhancing our sense of safety. During the trip, Mr. Li not only explained the customs, traditions, and legends of each scenic spot but also gave us helpful tips on how to avoid tourist traps 👍. A professional platform, excellent travel consultants, and a dedicated guide created an extremely high-quality trip for our whole family. We experienced the history of Dukezong Ancient City, witnessed the sacredness of the holy mountains, felt the wonderland of Yading, and touched the gentleness of Lugu Lake!

This trip to Dali, Lijiang, and Shangri-La was especially perfect thanks to Cheng Ge's companionship! He's not only a safe and skilled driver with well-planned routes, but also a "walking map" and a fantastic storyteller. Along the way, he carefully explained the historical allusions of each scenic spot and even proactively helped us find beautiful photo spots with fewer people. The car was always clean and cool, stocked with bottled water, snacks, fruit, oxygen tanks, and raincoats. The itinerary was well-paced, and he never rushed us. Since it wasn't easy to order takeout at the B&B, Cheng Ge even went out of his way to run errands for us. This kind of sincere and responsible attitude is truly rare in today's tourism market! This time, we went to Dali, Lijiang, Shangri-La, and Meili in Yunnan. The private customized tour was very worry-free. They helped me plan the itinerary route after giving me the destination I wanted to go, including accommodation and scenic spots. They also helped me adjust the places I wanted to go to in time. I was very satisfied with the accommodation throughout the trip. It was clean and comfortable, and I experienced the ranch, Songzan Hotel, etc. During the trip, Master Zhang was very considerate to help us carry our luggage, lead the way, and give us a basic introduction before entering the scenic spot. The master was a local and would talk to us about the local culture when we had questions on the way. Then, when I wanted to see the seasonal azaleas, he would help us find places to take pictures. He would provide daily mineral water and oxygen, and the driving was also very stable. There are many mountain roads in the second half of the Yunnan itinerary. I was carsick this time and didn't get carsick much. Overall, I was very satisfied with this trip. Next time I travel long distances, I will continue to choose similar tours and find this driver~
