So comfortable during the entire ride! Did not mind the 5 hour travel because of the quality service
the tour guide was great, driver was on time, and location dropped off and picked up were easy to find
Bus was late for 15 minutes, we thought we were left behind. But aside from that, the bus, the driver and tour guide was superb. They answered all our querries anout the immigration process and on how to get to our hotel. Bus was also bery comfortable.
Smooth experience. You cannot eat and drink inside the bus so I suggest to have breakfast before riding the bus. If you’re from singapore, the estimated time of arrival to kuala lumpur malaysia is 12:30pm or 1pm depends on your chosen drop off. Last drop off is Berjaya Times Square.
It was about 5 hours long drive but thanks to the comfortable coach bus we have a nice trip. Comfortable seats and very cold aircon. Friendly and nice tour asisstant very helpful when we ask about something. We have enjoyed our ride
Easy to board! Just be at the location at the given time and the driver will have your name for boarding. Bus was very comfortable and the journey was pretty smooth. Driver was also very safe throughout the journey
My 3 stars is not for the service it's because I tried to ask assistance from klook to cancel one ticket coz my companion wasn't able to come with me they suggested me to book for new ticket but it's currently unavailable so I wasted the other ticket, but I am so satisfied with the WTS TRAVEL especially the bus attendant lady Ms Josie she assisted me to fill up my arrival card in sg and even shared her wifi with me. A big thanks to her
