Singapore - Genting Highlands Hotel & Bus Package by WTS Travel

Travel period - 8 to 10 Aug 2026. Morning coach at 5.30am. No representatives from WTS to take attendance. No bus information. Hiccup on 8 Aug 2026. Had to change coach at Tua checkpoint (malaysia). Seamless Check-in at Skyworld Hotel (quad room) using machine. 1 passport for 1 room card. Basic room with 2 queen sized beds. Firm for my liking. The package also comes with gondola tickets (1 return ticket per paying guest per night). No clear instruction from Klook or WTS on gondola ticket redemption. As long as you have the courage to ask, nothing is impossible. The customer service is happy to help you check. For the return trip, there is a WTS counter at the Skyway coach terminal. The coach will leave at 11.30am so need to check-in at counter before the departure.

Our go to coach company to Genting Highlands. Bus captain WhatsApp us pick up time 5.40am to avoid Custom traffic jam. 1st stop at Yong Peng for quick bite 20-25 mins. 2nd Stop at KL for toilet break. Reached Genting at 12pm.

This was my first time taking the WTS coach to Genting, and it was a smooth experience. The bus departed right on time at 5:30 AM as scheduled, with no additional pickups along the way, which was a pleasant surprise. The pickup point was conveniently located near our home, making it very accessible. The journey was comfortable with minimal traffic, allowing for a relaxing ride. Adequate stops were made for restroom breaks, ensuring passenger comfort throughout the trip. Overall, it was a hassle-free and efficient experience, and I would definitely consider taking WTS again in the future.

Bus to Genting was punctual, driver was friendly and helpful. It was a comfortable ride all the way to Genting. For the ride back to Singapore, the bus was a bit older and we had to change to a 40-seater at Msia Checkpoint because the original bus couldn't enter Singapore. Both tour guides are friendly and helpful.

Bus was on time for both departure to Genting and Singapore. Decent seats and leg room. Bus is air conditioned and comfortable for the 7 hours journey. Bus will stop/rest 2 times for about 20 mins. Before getting on bus, driver will confirm your name and details and can put your luggage in the compartment side of bus. Driver will stop at Genting Sentral Bus terminal (also pickup point back to SG)

The bus was on time and easy to get on and off. Singapore Cloud Point to Point.

Leave genting highland about 12pm. One stop at young peng for some food. i always booked with Klook whenever going GentingHighland

latest model travel bus with wide leg space and for bags on floor, tour guide provide good explanation and provide good buys like otak, mochi , yam paste. driver skills are excellent.

supposed to take WTS Travel coach to and back from Genting but ended up with some random Malaysian coach. not as comfortable as some other coaches that I taken before but managed to reached both destination safely. if it’s not WTS coach, the company should advice when booking to be fair to the consumer.
