Singapore - Malacca Hotel & Bus Package by WTS Travel

The tour guide on the bus is very professional and can speak Chinese. He clearly explains whether to carry luggage after passing the checkpoint. Tourists will be allowed to use the toilet in the Yongping rest area to buy famous products. There are palm trees along the way. The cross-sea bridge from Malaysia to Singapore is very beautiful. It is very efficient to go around and point to point. There are a few traffic jams along the way. I think it is acceptable. Although the price is slightly higher, the comfort is highly recommended.

The travel was smooth and comfortable. The bus was on time and spacious. It made the travel back to Singapore pleasant.

it was a wonderful trip. We enjoyed great discount from Klook bundle deal. The coaches were clean and the drivers were quite careful. They did not speed even though they were running late. The coach company needs to be ensure that their staff communicate with the passengers diligently about the pick up time, esp when there is a delay. The hotel stay was superb. Clean, comfortable and cozy room. Friendly and helpful staff. Sumptuous buffet breakfast. Free shuttle bus to Jonker and Palawan on weekends.

Location to bus was easy to find and bus was clean and comfortable. Driver was also very friendly but it would have been better if driver is familiar with the roads in Malaysia so we get to our destination on time. Nevertheless, would book with Klook again :)

Driver and tour guide were friendly and kind. Trip was smooth too. Booking with Klook was hassle free. As it was my first time using one-way transfer, I would recommend anyone who’s a first timer like myself to purchase this ticket :-)

I couldn't contact the company a few days before I got the bus. I didn't know the exact location on the map and was very nervous. Later I found out that I could add their company's account through WhatsApp and someone would reply and there would be one on the car. The tour guide also contacted me that morning, and the bus would not leave until I contacted my name and got on the bus. After passing customs, I had to fill in the entry form first, and you were not allowed to bring alcohol into Singapore. The chair is very comfortable and it’s OK for long distance rides.

On the morning of boarding the bus, there will be a staff WhatsApp notification of the time, seat number and other information; there will be a toilet break in the middle to clearly explain what time you will arrive, which is good.

Coach was on time and coordinator was helpful in sending text messages to inform us on bus number. But there could be further improvements made on the cleanliness of the bus.

Journey was smooth. Coach was clean and comfortable. Driver was skillful and careful. The guide was dutiful but not as detailed as the one in our coach to Melaka.

The transfers were smooth and the staff were professional. The buses were clean and comfortable. But I found it strange the QR code was not scanned. Secondly the reclining seat on the second part of the journey had the tendency to go all the way down suddenly
