The driver Ken was punctual, kind, professional and friendly. He took us to the entrance of Ba Na Mountain. On the way back, we went straight down the mountain and informed him that he would arrive immediately to take us to the airport. It includes admission tickets, which is more convenient than buying them on site. If you have time, you can buy buffet tickets. All buffets in the park can be used, and there are dishes from all over the world.

On my last day in Da Nang, I was planning what to do with my luggage and what to do until my late-night flight after checking out when I found this option. It turned out to be a great choice! Dai, the driver and guide, was very kind and showed me around Ba Na Hill efficiently. When the cable car stopped on the way back due to a thunderstorm and there was a long line, he was flexible and dealt with the situation by changing our dinner plans. When I asked him, he also stopped by a place I wanted to shop at before going to the airport. I am very satisfied.

Da Nang/Ba Na Hills was our favourite part of our Vietnam trip! We had the best time with tour guide Long, who looked after us while we were feeling under the weather. While preparing for a trip to Da Nang in January, I was worried about storing my luggage and moving around after checking out on the last day, so I came across the check-out tour while searching. I made a reservation trusting the company Klook rather than the price listed, and it was a choice I had no regrets about. We were given accurate guidance before leaving the country, checked with us at the local office along the way, and the local driver who came was really comfortable and moved us according to our desired schedule. There was almost a change in the schedule due to the weather, but I communicated with the driver and coordinated the time well, and thanks to that, I was able to spend the last day well. In some ways, having to communicate through a translation app may be inconvenient, but it's so well developed these days that you can communicate without a problem, so it's okay to go without a guide! I ended by saying thank you to the end for being so kind.

We sincerely thank Mr. Dai, our guide, for making our trip so wonderful. Thanks to Mr. Dai, we were able to follow a very precise itinerary. In particular, when it suddenly rained in Ba Na Hills and the cable car stopped, he calmly guided us and handled the long wait time with ease. While sticking to the scheduled itinerary is important, I believe that the ability to respond appropriately to sudden situations is the hallmark of an excellent guide.
