About this product
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return

Activation procedure
- Step 1: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the device. It may take up to 30 seconds to search for a network
- Step 2: After the device is connected, data usage and country name will be shown on the screen
- Step 3: Press the power button once to display the SSID and password
Drop-off/return Information
- Deposit is refunded after the device is returned
- Any fees incurred from late returns or uninsured lost/damaged devices will be deducted from the deposit. An extra fee will be charged if the deposit is insufficient
- Devices can only be picked up and returned during business hours
- Return to Indomaret minimarket:

This pocket wifi is very convenient and easy to use. The signal of the pocket wifi fast and stable enough. It can reach all throughout Bali Indonesia even the far locations of the Island. It is really important to have a pocket wifi you all throughout your travels because it makes your travel experience seamless.
This WiFi device is so reliable. It's fast but some few areas are dead spot. The pick up was so easy because the attendant was already waiting for me outside the arrival area with my name so visible on a piece of paper. And when I returned it, I just dropped it off at their kiosk outside the airport because my flight was so early. It's better if they can eliminate the $50 deposit next time, as long as they have the customer's credit card details in case of lost or damaged items.
The portable WIFI is stable in Kuta, Seminyak, Ubud, and Jimbaran area. Do keep a powerbank handy, you can thank me later. The pick-up of the portable WIFI is on the right end of the metal barricades as you exit the airport. The agents there holding placards, so you need to look out for them.
excellent service. lady who handed me the router was very kind. signal was excellent, and even after completely using the 1gb allotment, there is still connection but slower. despite the speed reduction, still enough to search on maps, book a grab, or send messages. to return, I left the router and all its inclusions at our hotel front desk, which they said they would pick up.

Wifi signal is strong most of the time. Up to 5 gadgets can connect. We just had to reset the gadget once in a while. Pick-up and return are both convenient.

High speed internet throughout Bali. We lost connection though when we went to Nusa Penida maybe because of the remoteness of the place.
