This is not my 1st time booking from this package and i really like how seamless the whole package ESPECIALLY for beginners. There are a good amount of coaches to student ratios and the transfers and communications were very stress-free with a group chat to sort the groupings up. The only downside was the quality of snow when I went on a sunny Febuary that has nothing to do with the team. However, for beginners who have zero clue on how to snowboard/ski this is the PERFECT package to start with at an affordable price with ALL of the necessary equiptments all covered. I went with snowboarding + lesson + ski lift pass, and these are included: helment, googles, coat, pants, shoes and board. 1 hour lesson on basics such as how to fall and braking. Plenty of time to self study as well, and mutiple routes for all stages of skill.
My friend and I really enjoyed this ski trip. We are both first timers but our ski instructor, Ethan, was so patient with us and even let us choose our gear of choice. He made the ski trip enjoyable. He went above and beyond! Thanks, Ethan! Our guide, Alvin, was funny, lively and caring. This trip is worth every penny! Will definitely book again.
We had a wonderful experience at Vivaldi Park as a group of four. Two of my parents availed the roundtrip bus transfers and Snowyland tickets, while the rest of us joined for skiing and snowboarding. What we really appreciated was that the agency was able to place all of us in the same tour group, even though we had different activities. That flexibility made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The bus ride was very comfortable and smooth. The tour guides were excellent—pleasant, friendly, and very informative. They spoke both English and Chinese, which made communication easy, and they helped guide us through the schedule and activities. The instructors were also fantastic. Zoe and Thomas taught us snowboarding and skiing, and they were patient, encouraging, and very easy to learn from. Overall, it was a fun, well-organized, and memorable experience that we would highly recommend to families and groups with mixed activity preferences.

Great experience for our first ski and snowboard lesson. Jero is a fantastic instructor—very patient, friendly, and professional. She provided a lot of useful information for beginners and made us feel comfortable and confident. Thank you for the great service! ⛷️🏂✨
We had a great experience touring with Zero as our guide at Vivaldi Ski Park. She is a great tour guide with a great personality and cheerful as well. She was also our ski instructor so it was easier for us to learn how to ski because we are already comfortable with her teaching us. After the tutorial, we started going in the beginner slope and got down safely. Many thanks to Zero in guiding us on this tour!
We had such a fun and memorable ski tour at Vivaldi Park! Everything was well-organized from start to finish, making it a great experience even for beginners like us. experience: Special shoutout to Ethan, our ski instructor he was very patient, clear with instructions, and encouraging, which made learning so much less intimidating. We also want to thank our tour guides Thomas and Zero they were incredibly kind, attentive, and always checking if everyone was comfortable and enjoying the tour. Zero is also very pretty!!!!
1000 out of 10. Our experience with this tour is excellent. We came in with a group of 4 people. We had Alvin as our instructor and tour guide leader. Before arriving at Vivaldi, we came to a ski suit rent store and we had to buy 3 things from there, which are ski gloves, ski socks, and neck warmer (total costs around KRW 67.000). The ski suit, helmet, and goggles were the ones we could rent. Then we arrived at Vivaldi Park. We got our boots and ski stuffs. Then Alvin taught us how to ski. It was a whole lotta fun. Even Alvin as a tour guide leader when we’re at the bus was so much fun. His instructions were very clear and he tells us jokes and a bunch of fun facts, which makes this trip even more memorable. I suggest you guys try this trip, it was very worth it. guide:10/10 experience:10/10 safety:9/10 scenery:9/10
Alvin(임동혁)! Thumbs up 💯. He was our guide on coach bus and also professional Ski coach. Under this S.A Tour group on 10 Dec 25 there were 4 buses to Vivaldi Park. 1st stop to collect ski clothing, helmet and goggles (change there) and head up to Vivaldi Park where we get our ski boots and ski equipments. Everything was well organised (good manner) throughout the journey he shared a lot of funny jokes and some history of Korea. He also shared vouches for shopping too. Our ski Coach Hugo was good too! Basic ski training for us (ski, stop, fall, standup + removing the boots from ski)
We had an enjoyable ski trip experience at Vivaldi Park Ski World in South Korea. Even though there wasn’t much snow during our visit, it was still a fun experience. The kids really enjoyed skiing, and it was a great opportunity for them to try the activity and play in the snow. The place is well organized and good for beginners or families traveling with children. Our tour guide was very helpful and made the trip smooth and easy for everyone. Also, shout out to our ski instructor Hugo — the most handsome teacher! He was patient, friendly, and made the skiing experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this trip, especially for families visiting South Korea. ⛷️❄️
