Usage reminder
- Due to local courier service, delivery will be done on Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) or the nearest weekday to your selected date
- Inclusive of: portable hotspot device, charging cable, pouch, return mailer bag
- Not Inclusive of: adapter, insurance, power bank
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The speed of your connection is dependent on your reception
Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.
Activation procedure
- Power on: press power button for 3 seconds. Allow about 3 minutes for the connection to be established
- WiFi LED light off: device has no internet connection
- WiFi LED light starts flashing: device is receiving service
- WiFi LED light on: device is ready for connection
- Signal LED light flashes: there’s a connection error. Please contact our customer service support at customerservice@yogofi.com or Whatsapp us at +65-3129-2354
- Battery LED light: press once on the side button to see the battery capacity with the row of lights below the battery LED light. The battery LED light flashes when the device is low on battery or when it is charging
- Reset device: press and hold the power button for 18 seconds to restart the device
Delivery information
- Delivery Time: between 10:00-18:00, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
- We use a local courier to facilitate the delivery; therefore we are unable to deliver at a specific time (e.g. at 09:00, before 12:00, after 15:00, etc.)
Surcharges
- Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: SGD200
- Loss, damage, or breakage of carrying pouch: SGD20
- Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: SGD20
- You will need to return the device within 7 days after your travel end date
- A fee of SGD 200 will be imposed if the device is not returned or when there are 7 days of non-usage
Cancellation policy
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
