Activation procedure
- Step 1: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the device. It may take up to 30 seconds to search for a network
- Step 2: After the device is connected, data usage and country name will be shown on the screen
- Step 3: Press the power button once to display the SSID and password

Drop-off/return Information

It has proven to be 100% reliable throughout the country. The signal has proven effective enough to watch Netflix on my computer, support video conferences and connect me flawlessly on Whatsapp and LINE.
Pick up at airport was seamless. We met the Klook representative at their shop nad and we were avle to connect 5 devices immediately. We were able to use the internet everywhere we went to.
Easy to find and easy to return, the portable wifi is very accessible and useful. It is active in wide range of places, but do note that some places might have no service. Most issues are easily fixed, but our only issue is that the battery will only last for six hours straight. Would suggest to add option for powerbank to resolve the concern. Still, great way to stay connected when in Bali!

The pocket Wi-Fi worked flawlessly the entire week, I never lost signal, even when moving between different parts of Bali. The battery easily lasted the whole day, which made it super convenient. What I appreciated most was the flexibility of the staff. I missed my original flight back home and had to rebook, but the person assisting with the return was kind and understanding about the delay. Reliable connection, great coverage, and excellent service. Highly recommend.
We used this pocket Wi-Fi with no hassle, and it is true to its claim that the battery will last for 12hours, we also used it on Nusa Penida and it has great signal as well! They are also easy to talk with. I highly recommend.
Easily picked up my wifi-box from the Klook counter, just outside the airport. Easy to find. Quick explanation from the agent, made a deposit of 700.000Rp and left for our hotel. During travel and stay, top reception and wifi for the whole family ;-) So, everebody happy!
Highly recommend this pocket wifi. We arrived at 1am in Bali airport they were already close but they deliver it to our hotel at 7am which is convenient. They ask for a 3,000 php deposit and we got it back after returning the item at the airport. Reliable internet connection. We used it in Kuta, Ubud and Nusa Penida.
Not only were they waiting patiently for me, they instructed me on how to sign in and made sure i could sign in. Clearly pointed out hand back procedure and about collecting the deposit back. So much easier and cheaper than paying my relco back home on a daily rate.
I do recommend using this to avoid draining your phone’s battery. also using this was easy no installment needed just connect it with your phone, lasted us the whole day like more than 8 hours use, i requested to return it early as our flight was really early so he met up and got the pocket wifi back and returned my deposit.
