Krabi Adventure Tour: Dragon Crest Mountain Hike, ATV & Kayaking

Trip start as early as 5am, hiking up the dragon cave was a tough journey but the view was pretty. Did ATV in the rain and the guide was a pro photographer, she have a few phototaking spot. Lastly, kayaking was fun but was caught under the raining halfway. This package is an 1 day intense workout.

Everything went smoothly. No delays in terms transport arrival time and travelling to destination. Driver and tour guide very friendly and patient. Love the overall trip with them. Fast and efficient!!

Would recommend if you want to head up to dragon crest mountain. Guide is friendly.

The activities that were put together were enjoyable and fit our adventurous outdoorsy nature. We noted that there would not be a guide during the hike because the path, according to the tour agency (I e-mailed them requesting for information prior this tour), was well defined. The driver picked us up at the designated time of 0530 hrs in the morning at our hotel and drove us to the starting point of the hike. When we reached, it was pitch dark and the driver told us to just walk in (in the dark). We weren't told to bring any headlight/torchlight nor were we provided with any from the driver. We had to rely on our phone torch light to navigate half an hour up the mountain and we were the only persons in the dark with no guide whatsoever. The hike itself is not difficult IF visibility was good. This is something that the tour has to improve on. The view up there was superb nonetheless and we had our own forest navigational skills to thank for. Based on the tour itinerary, it was supposed to be ATV after hiking, followed by lunch and then kayaking. But due to low tide in the afternoon, kayaking was brought forward. Following which, I personally requested for the driver to bring us to lunch as per the itinerary, as both of us were hungry after kayaking but the driver told us he already had his lunch and we had to proceed to the ATV activity location. We had a little breakfast at the peak of the mountain but after the kayaking, we were famished and the driver did not deliver what was stated in the itinerary. In the end, we went back to hotel after the ATV to have our lunch instead. I believe the driver had wanted to skip waiting for us to lunch and end asap as he could finish much earlier. Suggest for the tour to re-look into this matter.
