good experience. the tiger cave hike to see the iconic big buddha is quite challenging. there are about 1300 steep steps which are almost 70 degrees in inclination. but the views after reaching the top are amazing. before the hike on, reaching the pagoda your knees and shoulders should be covered as it’s a temple. sarongs are provided free of cost for the same.

Well-organized tour without too much waiting, as can sometimes happen. Dunkin, our guide, was very friendly and the places visited were magnificent. Good luck to those who climb the steps of Wat Tham Suea! It's really worth it.

Amazing experience on this tour. We were picked up by a car and headed to the pier. The pier was a sort of assembly point for all customers. Then all of us transferred to a bus. We went to the emerald pool first, then to hot spring and then to the temple. The guide was amazing. the whole staff was helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend this tour.

We did the Krabi Hot Spring, Emerald Pool, Tiger Cave Temple and Nature Trail tour, and it was absolutely amazing. Each place had its own charm and made the day feel truly special. We started with the Hot Spring, which was incredibly relaxing — the natural warm mineral water was perfect for unwinding in the middle of the jungle atmosphere. The Emerald Pool was equally beautiful, with stunning crystal-clear green water and a refreshing swim surrounded by nature. The nature trail walk was peaceful and scenic, giving us plenty of time to take in the lush rainforest views and enjoy the calmness away from the crowd. The biggest highlight was the Tiger Cave Temple. The climb was definitely challenging, but the panoramic view from the top was worth every step. It felt rewarding, spiritual and breathtaking at the same time. Overall, it was a perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and nature.

Dunkie was an amazing guide! Pickup and drop off to and from the hotel was smooth. There was coffee and snacks at the rendezvous point before leaving on the tour. The lunch was really filling and included vegetarian choices. This trip is definitely worth booking.

Pick up was on the dot. Activities as per itinerary: swim in the hot spring, visit the 3 lakes (crystal, emerald and blue lake). Takes quite a bit of walking - 1 km on raised wooden platform to the Emerald lake and another 0.5 km to the Blue Lake. Swimming is possible only in the Emerald Lake. Don’t bother to wear long sleeved shirt or long pants or even walking shoes as the activities are not strenuous at this place. The 1260 steps up the Tiger Cave Temple was challenging but doable. The view up there was ok, not spectacular but nice nonetheless. Be careful of wild monkeys. All in all, it was a good trip. Recommended.

Super nice guides and a good program. The pickup was quite early for vacation time, but the first trip was longer anyway and you could easily sleep in the coach. All the places were very beautiful, but a little more time at the Emerald Pool would have been better because there were three pools to look at and swim in. Water was included several times and we were even given rain ponchos in case it rained.

Great experience. Firstly they visited Hot spring which is mesmerizing and amazing. Temperature is about 35-40 degrees. The hiking is very steep and tough. i took around 35 minutes but for small kids its very difficult. Take plenty of water while hiking. At the top you will find drinking water. Little bit construction was going on but worth visit. View was nice.

We loved it. First they take you to Hot Stream where there is hot water. Then you next go to the Emerald pool where there are total 3 pools ( Emerald pool, Crystal pool and Blue pool) in the jungle. Then at last is the Tiger cave temple where there are 1260 steps but climbing up there is worthy and scenic.

Transfer: no email confirmation or text the day before. stayed around ao nang and the driver arrives at 0800 instead of 0830 stated on klook. Light snacks and breakfast provided at the registration area. Itinerary: travelled around in a comfortable minivan. note that between hotstream and emerald pool is a 30mins drive, personally did not like the idea of sitting in a car with wet clothes and changed out of my swimwear. Lunch was alright, buffet style (rice, tom yum soup, curry, stir fried vegetables). Told our guide we were all keen to climb up tiger cave mountain and he very kindly gave us more time. 1260 steps and the steps were steep. Im not the fittest and was able to complete in 40mins. View was definitely worth the hike.

More about Krabi Emerald Pool & Tiger Cave Temple Full-Day Tour

This full day tour will take you to Krabi's signature attractions nestled deep in the jungle: Wat Tahm Suea (the Tiger Cave Temple) and Sra Morakot (the Emerald Pool). This exotic and yet relaxing adventure kicks off with a refreshing swim in the Emerald Pool, a freshwater pool inside the Khao Phra Bang Khram Nature Reserve. There, you will get to soak yourself in a 120-square-meter pond sporting a mysterious green hue thanks to the abundance of minerals from the surroundings limestone hills. You will then head off to the Tiger Cave Temple, aptly named for the rock formation nearby resembling a tiger's claw. The temple is a meditation centre and its tranquility is guarded by the spectacular Ao Luk Thanu mountain range
