There aren't many people in the parking lot inside the Jiufen neighborhood, so you can park and enjoy it leisurely. Even if you haven't been to Houtong, you can still get there easily. We took the vehicle from shop at around 11:00 and returned at 7:00. The scooter was in good condition. The shop is at walkable distance from Banxin mrt station (yellow line).

Price is more cheaper than Taipei city . My Hotel was in 板橋区, so more convenient for me. Helmet was not good as someone's sweat smell was remaining.So I washed by myself.

Really enjoyed renting a scooter from them and hope to do it again sometime. However, their helmets need to be improved. The one I was given didn't have a visor and I ended up getting a sunburn. Other than that, the price and quality of service was good.

However, I would like to suggest that some customers who make reservations here may be renting a car for the first time (or are international customers). The meaning of "24-hour pick-up and return" is easily interpreted as being able to pick up and return the car within 24 hours (like a B&B or hostel, where you can still check in even after hours if you let them know). Fortunately, my itinerary on the day allowed me to arrive early, and I confirmed that the business hours were until 8:30 PM. However, I only called to inform them that I was returning the car out of courtesy before the actual return, and it was then that I learned that the return time was 8:00 PM every day. I was really anxious and taken aback at that moment. The return time was not mentioned on the KLOOK website (or in the notes on the website), or even when the vehicle was delivered on the day. Based on my personal understanding, with no prior car rental experience, I would assume that returning the car within 24 hours would mean that the contract is over, and returning it the next day would be considered overdue and a breach of contract... I suggest the owner also indicate the return time on the website, because this is quite important! In any case, I am still very, very grateful to the owner for waiting. The car was clean and easy to ride!

The reservation went smoothly before arriving in Taiwan, and after arriving, I took the subway and walked to the company. However, since the reservation information on Klook was not properly conveyed, I had to wait for quite a long time until the company confirmed it, which was a bit tedious, but it was processed well, and I had a good trip after renting it, returned it safely, and returned home. I would like to use it again, but I hope that the communication between the Klook reservation and the local agency is smooth.
