- Flatland Basic Lesson (60 mins): Only ski (double board) lessons are provided. Snowboard lessons are not available.
- Private Lesson (2 hours): Participants must choose the same equipment type. Mixed ski and snowboard lessons are not allowed.
- Age Requirement: Children aged 5 and older can join skiing. Reservations can be made for children aged 36 months to under 5 or for seniors, but they cannot ski and no partial refund will be provided. Children under 36 months are free, but no seat or activity is included.
- Equipment Use: According to Welli Hilli Resort policy, foreign visitors must use equipment (ski boots, skis/snowboards, sleds) provided by the resort.
- Safety Notice: Skiing is a high-risk activity. We recommend purchasing travel or accident insurance in advance. We are not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by personal negligence.
- Minimum Group Size: This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants. If the requirement is not met, we will contact you 2 days in advance via app or email to assist with rescheduling or offer a full refund.
- Instructor Availability: Private instructors are limited. If fully booked, a full refund will be issued automatically.
