Elysian Gangchon Ski & Eobi Ice Valley Day Tour from Seoul

Highlight of our korea trip. Very exciting and fun trip. Stopped at eobi ice village to take some photos and sightseeing. Went to ski suit rental shop after, rented ski suit and helmets. Arrived at ski resort after. Even as a first timer, booked the lift option together with the basic lesson. Trainer kevin was amazing and helped very much as we were a small group of 3. He was also friendly and funny. 5 stars for him. Lift option was great choice because you can explore 2 more beginner slopes compared to the moving walk. Also taking the lift was very exciting. Pick up and drop off was very convenient at main areas in seoul city centre.

Although i did not ski thus no need for.skiing gear. I had a nice time in the snow taking pictures and watching the people skiing. its my second time both in Elysian Resort and Eobi ice valley and still find it amazing. I just availed the transportation and its very cheap and convenieny instead of doing DIY compared what I did before. It was freaking cold negative 4 that time but still love Eobi.

Spending time at Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort was such a fun family winter adventure! The slopes were beginner-friendly, well-maintained, and perfect for both first-timers and those who just wanted to enjoy the snow. The views were beautiful, and everything felt organized and convenient.

We had so much fun with this activity. Make sure to avail basic lesson for the first timer. Will definitely avail this package on our next winter trip. Philip our tour guide is very accommodating and friendly. This is highly recommended

I recently joined the Elysian Gangchon Winter Ski / Eobi Ice Valley Day Tour from Seoul and had a fantastic time. The day was well-organized, making it easy to enjoy both the journey and skiing. Ski suit rental and basic class really stood out for me during the trip. Overall, I’d give this tour 5 Stars. And highly recommended for beginners.

Most epic tour of the snow season ! We got our rental ski clothes , reached the ski resort by bus , wore our ski & started with ski lessons. Our instructor Joseph was extremely kind & helpful throughout. I even upgraded my lift ticket to beginner slope as I was having snow much fun on the slopes . In Canada or America skiing is very expensive compared to Korea we get all equipment, clothes , transportation all at the lowest price. Budget friendly & great for family .

Pickup in Myeongdong arrived on time, the bus is spacious and there are multiple guides to manage everyone. The bus will go to rental shop first and in our case, it stopped for way too long while waiting for other guests to rent their ski wear. After arriving at Elysian, they will group all the guests to whatever activity they will be doing and introduce who will be doing the lessons. The guides will help you get kitted with the ski gear and the coin lockers (1,000 WON) is right on the rental shop. The lesson is very basic but is good enough to get you started and after that is just free time. Overall it is av very good experience and I was able to get started into skiing. Definitely recommended for begginers.

Just get the B package with the Lift Pass. You will regret not getting the Lift Pass, unless you plan to just chill after the lesson. You can skip the helmet and goggles. Minsu is a great coach and guide us through the basics well enough for the beginner slopes. Be prepared to fall, since that is part of the experience. There is a restaurant where you can get your lunch at the resort. You can wear the ski boots to the toilet and restaurant, just FYI.

Be sure to look for KIKI and another male tour guide who are super polite ~ very patient and polite 💗 This is my first time skiing ⛷️ Selling this package is really great and worth it because there are so many people and we are taking pictures all the time 📷 I got separated from the group. Thanks to kiki who was very patient and kept looking for us (many times🤣). We sincerely recommend this itinerary for beginners to go skiing abroad. The CP value is super high and convenient. You must challenge yourself to take the cable car🚡if you can ski downhill. There are other expert slopes that you can skate on, but it’s really, really, really cold🥶 You can’t take out your hands to watch that kind of thing. Just like my friend said, you can’t have the physical strength to skate all day long. Then you run out to replenish some calories from the fried food in the restaurant. The chicken is delicious and you can order it if there are many people 👍🏻 After eating, practice skating a few times and go straight to the cable car to slide downhill. Beginners will master the secret after falling a few times, just like you learn to swim by choking a few times. Great package to avail for easy transportation to the skiing place. The guide Min was helpful and patient when teaching the basics of skiing. There was sufficient time to skiing and eat. Renting of ski jacket, pants, and boots was organized (though a little crowded) but the helmet and gloves you have to rent separately. Overall would recommend this.
