Excellent service. Lovely crew and staff. Lobster cooked to perfection. Definitely worth doing if you’re in Denarau. The intimate crowd and not crowded seating arrangements suits well for special occasions. Cultural entertainment from the crew adds to the pleasurable experience. Highly recommended.

It's a combination of a day cruise and a sunset cruise, but it wasn't as fun as I thought. Especially when I booked the sunset cruise, I added lobster to my dinner, but it was missing on site. I requested a refund from Captain Cruises, but the company did not contact me. Also, I inquired several times at the Klook customer center, but they did not give me an answer. I do not recommend this product. There are many products that are more fun than this.

It's the worst. My precious trip was ruined. The tour included a shuttle, but the shuttle did not arrive from the morning of the day. When I called, I was told that there were no reservations on the list, so I was asked to come to the venue.I took a taxi, but when I arrived, registration had already closed, and I was unable to participate in the tour. I don't know if KLOOK's system is bad or if the tour company is at fault, but even though I paid well, I couldn't participate. Also, I was told that I could go on the tour the next day, so I made a new reservation for that day, but the next day, the shuttle didn't come to the hotel again, so I had no choice but to take a taxi and head to the site. . When I got there, I was told that I couldn't do it today because the diving staff had been drinking and sleeping. My two precious days in Fiji were ruined and I still haven't received a single refund. I'm very disappointed and sad. Please refund me quickly.
