Reviews
I chose this service because other sites seemed complicated, requiring follow-up calls or pickup confirmations. Location: I stayed at the Crowne Plaza, so I was picked up by bus and taken to the port. The boat ride is only 30 minutes, which is great for those worried about seasickness. Experience: The ocean is beautiful, but there aren't many fish right near the shore, so it's more about the fun of searching for them. The food is also delicious. The portions are quite large for Japanese people, so I decided what to order by looking at what others had. The fish and chips were tasty. The coconut juice was sold out, which gives me something to look forward to next time. Facilities: Towels, showers, and free beach beds are available. All the necessary equipment for fins and snorkeling is also provided. The shower water pressure is weak, and there aren't many showers, so it's best to think of them as just for rinsing off seawater. Safety: There are quite a few pieces of coral on parts of the beach, and it's impossible to go into the ocean barefoot. Water shoes are highly recommended to avoid injury. Instructors: The local staff are incredibly cheerful and kind. That alone is very comforting. Highly recommended.
Malamala Beach Club was an incredible experience. We booked a bed next to the pool and going for a swim, getting out and getting cocktails was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious and we even got the price we paid for the bed added to our tab because it rained. Despite the rain for an hour, we only paid $37 at the end of the day. I highly recommend this experience.
I went on the second lap of August in the dry season. It was sunny in the morning and rainy in the afternoon. The island is surrounded by shallow sands, so it's perfect for canoeing and snorkeling. The Viewspot is on the right side of the dock, where coral reefs survive over a wide area and you can see many schools of tropical fish. You can also dive from the pier. Governors should be reserved. The poolside governor is handy for taking drinks and pool photos. It is full of music and people. We booked the quiet beach side governor on the other side. Both sides and back were surrounded by trees, and it was a private space. 5,000 yen with a paddler all day is a good cost performance. Those who do not reserve a governor will spend their time in the restaurant chairs. You should book your massage before they are fully booked. It will be done in a space called massage governor. I didn't know the hotel pick-up time until I called the local operator in English on the day of the trip. We were supposed to come to AquariusOnTheBeachHotel at 9 o'clock, but in fact, the minibus stopped at the hotel next door. The hotel and local people around me told me and I was able to ride. When I got off the bus at the port, there was no guide from there, I lined up at the SOUTH sea cruise counter, asked my name while scrolling klook's reservation information, and got a Mala Mala entrance ticket and a round trip boat ticket. I returned by boat at 17:15. When I told the hotel name to the SOUTH Sea Cruise bus driver on the left side of the rotary, he told me which bus it was, and I got on and went back to the hotel. There was no name check here. The Japanese translation of klook seemed to be wrong, but what was included in this ticket was a round-trip bus between the hotel and the port, a boat round-trip ticket, and an island entrance pass. The staff at SOUTH Sea Cruise and Mala Mala were very good, so I managed to do something about it, but I thought the klook tour service was difficult to understand due to lack of information.
Such a brilliant day trip with towels and activities included! It was very relaxing and all the facilities and staff were awesome!
Malamala Beach club was absolute paradise! Our day trip was filled with crystal-clear waters, powdery white sand, and warm sunshine. The resort's stunning scenery, luxurious amenities, and exceptional service made for an unforgettable experience.
We went to Malamala Beach Club on the day we arrived and it was the best experience! It was a comfortable place to relax and the food and drinks were delicious. We could enjoy snorkeling and kayaking and there were many activities. The day went by in a flash.
Although it's only 30 minutes from Port Denarau, the ocean is incredibly beautiful, and we saw many tropical fish while snorkeling. The restrooms were also clean. The beach beds are definitely worth reserving!
Luxurious experience on a beautiful island. Amazing staff, gorgeous infinity pool and well priced beachfront massages. Food and drinks were delicious.
the tour we straight forward with no hassle! it was nice for us who isn't staying at a resort to get a private resort feel for the day. the restaurant prices weren't extraordinary either. we didn't end up buying any of the extra options but that was fine. there are many free chairs and places to chill
malamala club is a must do when in fiji. on arrival to the island from the ferry you are greeted by a warm welcoming of staff. it’s the genuine service provided by staff that does it for me. Everything that you need provided to be stuck on the remote island can be found at malamala and more.
