The ticket inspector told me that this ticket cannot be taken at Qianwang Temple Pier. It takes an hour to walk from Qianwang Temple Pier to Huagang Pier. According to Ctrip's SMS reply to the order, it can only be taken at Yuemiao Pier, Huagang Pier, and Zhongshan Park. To take a boat from the pier, Klook’s information about the boat pier is wrong.

I traveled to Hangzhou with my mother and booked a boat on Klook to see the Three Pools Reflecting the Moon in the West Lake. The scenery was very nice and the weather was cool.

I booked the ticket for 2/Jan. But the ticket validity shown 26/Dec until 30/Jan. It took 3 days to get a progress update. The night before I depart, I got a reply in mail that they need my passport number immediately before 8pm. When I check my email, it was 7:30pm. I'm just curious that why It need 3 days to process and rushing me the details in very last minute? Anyway, I'm still thankful to the operator to get thru all this. By the way, the main problem is no info where to on board at flower Harbour. There are many boat operators. So I have to ask every counters...If you are taking a boat from flower Harbour, please look for sign board with '外事.... ", the operator there help to scan the QR code and finally get thru after asking for 3 boat counters. This ticket is not including the island ticket (the previous review message are those with island ticket). This is a round trip ticket, if you start at flower Harbour, it will end at flower Harbour. You can hop off to other harbour.

The experience is worthy of five stars, but this package is not available at every pier. There are only three places where you can get on the boat, so please pay attention. On-site purchase is $55, which is different from the $70 at all piers.

Bought for taking photos of Santan reflecting the moon! In the end, all the photos were taken successfully. There is nothing special about the island, but the price is not expensive. It is worth taking photos as a souvenir.
