- For the departure service, we suggest you set the pick up time at least 2 hours early
- The service area is available within Xi'an 3rd ring road
- The will wait 40 minutes for arriving transfers, 30 minutes for departure transfers. Please contact customer service if you can't find the driver
Surcharges:
- Fees are applicable to pick up and drop offs outside of Xi'an 3rd Ring Road
- For Cars: CNY2.2 per km
- For MPVs: CNY2.5 per km
- For Minibus: CNY3 per km
- For Vans: CNY3.5 per km
- Note: For surcharges, you must pay in cash (CNY) directly to the driver

driver was waiting at the exit and also helped me to procure the tickets for my next journey. did not speak English but had a translated for communication.
The North Railway station was so big that we werent able to find our driver anywhere. Luckily we tried to search and waited quite awhile till i approached a guy with a klook sign. The driver did not particularly hold the sign high and obvious. Maybe thats why we didnt see him. He almost dropped us at a residential area instead of the hotel. Thank god for google maps as there is also a language barrier. So we just direct him via google map. All in all, an interesting experience.
Driver was very pleasant he arrived exactly on time. Car very clean and comfortable. Very safe driver. Good value
We left the station from Xi'an North Station. The outbound location is divided into two stations in the north and the south. The Secretary is worried that he will not be able to receive us and ask his wife to join him. Two people waited at the South Station and North Station exits respectively.

DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE driver didn’t turn up, and Klook is yet to respond to my email for a refund and reimburse the cost of the taxi fare, we are out of pocket for a service that was never provided, the taxi system is easier than using this service

Bad experience. We waited more than 45 mins there but driver didn't arrived. Even tried to look for our name with the driver but didn't find him. Finally have to take taxi that also we have to wait in big queue. Really bad experience with klook this time and have canceled 2 more transfer booking because of that. I just want my money back very unprofessional driver.
