- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged

- WiFi devices are generally in stock. In the rare case that none are available, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
- A deposit of HKD 500 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned

I am giving it a five-star rating, although the connection was not great, but it is acceptable. Upon arriving at the airport, you must go to a16 in the arrivals area. It is easy to spot. You just need to read the signs and locate it. There is also a part where you can use the device. It is very easy to operate. You just have to give it and take it back. That is all. The problem is it keeps refreshing the device I was given. I am not sure if it is the device itself, but it keeps refreshing and disconnecting. I do not know if it is the device itself.
it’s super worth it! it really works well in both countries of Macau and HK. It’s very handy and the battery is long lasting. The signal was superb!!! The deposit fee was a bit expensive worth 500hkd, but you’ll get a refund of it after u return it in a good condition.

Easy to find. It really worked in Hongkong and Macau. No problem in signal. The battery doesn't drain really fast. It can last two days without charging. Really recommended! We got the HKD 500 deposit back after returning the item.
