- Full Day Charter: CNY70 per hour for extra time over 8 hours, CNY7 per kilometer of extra mileage over 80 kilometers
- Half Day Charter: CNY70 per hour for extra time over 4 hours, CNY7 per kilometer of extra mileage over 40 kilometers
- CNY60 for driver's meals

The driver who is with us Is a Hangzhou man who can't speak English at all But we communicate using we chat and translation tools to help // The driver is very kind and impressed - the car is large, can sit 1-5 people (only passengers) comfortably - maybe there is a toll fee Or parking fees. Some places we have to help the driver out - booking a car trip in Hangzhou. Quite useful Because most of his tourist attractions are not next to the subway station
The drivers is very nice and experience, he knows the routes very well in Hangzhou.
We had informed Klook that the pickup would be at Hangzhou East Railway station. The staff at Klook was kind to ask for our train ticket to ensure that the pick-up is at the right place. However, upon arriving, we do not know where we are to meet the driver as no information was provided. Apparently, the driver had provided his details and the location where he would be waiting, to his company. It's either the company/ Klook that had failed to inform us. And there wasn't a hotline which we could call and had to rely on live chat (which wasn't very helpful). The staff at Klook, who conversed with me prior to the trip, did not provide us with the driver's contact details and the specific location where he would be waiting. After about an hour delay, with a few international calls, we managed to link up with the driver. A horrible experience for us.
