If you are late due to your own reasons, there will be no refunds, no delays, or rescheduling of the shoot. If you voluntarily give up shooting due to your own reasons, there will be no refunds. [Clothing and Makeup] Clothing and makeup are not provided. The package does not allow you to bring your own wedding dresses, gowns, suits, veils, etc. If you need to shoot with a light wedding dress, wedding dress shooting, commercial shooting, etc., please inform us in advance before placing an order, otherwise the photographer has the right to refuse to shoot or refuse to deliver the photos. [Photo Retrieval] Electronic original photos will be provided within 24 hours after the shooting is completed. After the customer selects the photos, electronic retouched photos will be provided within 7 working days. [Satisfaction] If you have any questions about the photographer’s shooting on the day of the shooting, please communicate with the photographer or customer service in time to solve the problem. You can check the customer’s photos in the photographer’s camera at any time during the shooting. If you are not satisfied, please raise it on the spot and arrange for a reshoot. No processing will be done after the fact. [Weather Conditions] If the shooting cannot be carried out as scheduled due to irresistible factors such as weather on the day of the shooting, the cancellation of the order by the merchant is not due to the merchant’s reasons. Our store will actively negotiate with you to postpone or reschedule the shooting date. [Precautions] Please make transportation plans in advance and keep your mobile phone accessible. Do not go to dangerous places when shooting to avoid accidents. Please keep your valuables safe to avoid loss. Minors need to be accompanied by their parents for shooting. If the photographer’s equipment is damaged artificially, compensation will be required at the original price.
