great service by the staff. the driver came early to pick us up as well. guides were friendly and made the whole activity fun as well. highly recommended

A very perfect rafting experience, two hours of full experience, almost six people in one boat, and the captain was constantly interacting. It rained heavily that day, which made it even more fun. There is a free lunch. There are many photo spots in the middle where you can check in. The captain will ask you to buy a drink during the break, or you can choose not to buy it, but there is nothing wrong with letting people make some money. After all, tipping is not mandatory.

The very polite and smiling guide provided a lot of support (from the locker area to change clothes, when getting on the boat, taking photos, etc.), so we were able to enjoy the river boat ride to the fullest. However, if you are not confident in your physical strength, it may be a bit tough to go down the stairs to the river and back up the stairs after you've finished.

The two of us had a great time because others were late!! Billy who led us!! You were so kind and enjoyable, so I enjoyed it safely. If you come to Bali, I highly recommend it!!!

the rafting was so so so fun and all of us enjoyed it! it’s not too challenging and very suitable for everyone of any fitness level. our guides are very funny and helpful in every way. the lunch was alright, it was buffet style.

It was so much fun! I'll definitely do rafting again when I come to Bali. The first descent is scary. But everyone is slow so it's okay. The descent is tough. But it's definitely worth it. You can pretend you didn't see it by just taking a quick shower and using the toilet. Lunch is just a snack. Let's go to a restaurant when we get back to the hotel. But it was a really good memory.

I used this with my 7-year-old and 9-year-old sons. Contrary to my worries, it wasn't dangerous at all. The only slightly challenging parts are the stairs at the beginning and end (about 300-400 steps). But the scenery is like being in a rainforest, the photos are picture-perfect, and the delicious lunch makes it a great value!! Highly recommend!! Oh, and the wet rash guard was a bit chilly while taking pictures at the waterfall. If you're sensitive to the cold, a tank-style swimsuit might be better. Just something to keep in mind!!
