Scuba Diving at Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida for Certified Diver

The instructors are very friendly and Manta Point is so beautiful. I made friends with one of the two instructors and it was my first dive in a while and I had fun. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with everything. Please take seasickness medication with you.

It was absolutely amazing. Being surrounded by a school of manta rays felt like a dream. The cost was approximately 16,000 yen per person. The hotel pickup was on time, and after about a 20-minute drive, we arrived at the port. From there, we took a high-speed ferry to Lembongan Island, then transferred to a smaller boat to land on the island. We changed clothes on Lembongan Island. They provided a full set of equipment. We boarded the diving boat at the pier and headed to the diving point. The photo service was 350,000 rupiah for two people. I hesitated a bit but decided to go for it. It was definitely the right choice and highly recommended. Now for the first dive. The ocean was beautiful, and there were many fish. The second dive was for the manta rays we came to see. Since there were no manta rays at the closest manta point today, we traveled for about 40 minutes to the next manta point. We had been informed about this in advance by the tour company, and it cost an additional 150,000 rupiah per person. As soon as we arrived and entered the water, there were manta rays! This is a cleaning station for manta rays, so several of them were swimming slowly. There were even baby manta rays. The manta rays played with us, approaching us again and again. They came so close you could almost touch them. However, you must never touch them. It was a blissful 40 minutes. The staff were cheerful, polite, and incredibly attentive. Tatan, who dove with us, is very fluent in Japanese, so communication was easy and reassuring. Of course, English is also perfectly fine! For all Japanese people, there's no reason not to dive with this shop. The same goes for English speakers. You are guaranteed to see manta rays! I will definitely dive with this shop again next time!

We were picked up at the pier and there was a guide on board. We first took a big boat to Lembongan Island and then changed to a small boat for diving. The dive guide was very good and prepared seasickness medicine. I felt dizzy at the manta point. The currents at both dive sites were very strong and not suitable for beginners. The dive guide would grab you if necessary.

Maybe this relationship requires a diving license to participate, so it is 1 to 4, which is lacking in safety! Because one of the diving places is very popular! Everyone needs to strengthen Coral Mountain, safety first! Other members of the same team and we all found that the local coach/assistant coach ignored us and asked us to rely on our own best and rely on our own strength to complete! I saw other team members jumping onto the water, but they didn't know it, and they didn't pay attention to it! Also note that the water was freezing, only 21 degrees. I saw other team members using equipment from the dive shop with only 2mm wetsuits. (Although everyone has seen Manta, safety issues really need to be improved)

Good experience in general! We had hotel pickup/dropoff (with an extra fee) even though we’re not in the pick up area, which is very convenient for us. The dive master took good care of the two of us. We saw quite some mantas at Manta Point and turtles and a lot of fish at Toyapakeh Wall. Room for improvement: the dive master explained a lot about the equipment but he didn’t tell us what to do if in any case you are lost. It’s not a big deal for us as we are experienced divers.

I think the diving instructors are very patient, especially Kay. Since I haven't dived for a long time, she will teach you first and even introduce many local fish species.

We go to Manta Point and Crystal Bay, its great! The Staff are all quite helpful & taking care of us. We recommend this tour!

The current was quite fast and the dive leader took good care of us. Lucky the water was very clear, and saw a lot of devil fish. The waves in the sea are very big. You must take dizziness pills.
