Luggage Services

  • Pick up time for luggage delivery from the hotel to the airport must be at least 2 hour(s) before your flight departure time. Any extra cost due to an urgent request will be paid by the customer
  • Luggage Weight Limit: No single bag may weigh more than 45kg or 99lbs
  • Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack, sport equipment, wheelchair, and musical instrument etc.which should not exceed 180cm in height, length or width, and total 200cm

  • Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
  • For luggage deliveries to/from Airbnbs, your luggage will be personally collected and delivered on site by the delivery staff
  • For luggage delivery to and from the hotel, your luggage will be collected and delivered by the hotel concierge
  • For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
  • If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
  • Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
  • A surcharge of CNY10 per 30 minutes will apply if the customer does not drop off or pick up their luggage for 30 mintues after the appointed time, payable onsite
  • The staff will check your ID card to make sure the right lugagge receiver
  • A maxmium refund of CNY1,000 will be issued if the delivery gets delayed or personal items are broken/missing under the condition that the vaule of the items is not specified
  • Collection time: 09:00-20:00 (airport counter), 10:00-18:00 (hotel/airbnb/resident/stations/attractions)
  • Delivery time: 14:00-22:00 (airport counter), 14:00-24:00 (hotel/airbnb/resident/stations/attractions)
  • Contact information of the courier will be sent via SMS/WeChat 1 day before the delivery date
  • Please note: a booking should be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled collection time. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled without prior notice
  • Do not store valuable, flammable, explosive, fragile and perishable items in the luggage
  • Reminder: please select collection or delivery time by a 30-minute gap (e.g 10:00, 10:30, 11:00 etc.)
