What to expect
Adhering to the three core principles of "seasonal ingredients, whole foods, and simple cooking," we respond to contemporary health needs. We incorporate 30 kinds of fresh local farm vegetables, oat milk, and cage-free eggs, following the culinary philosophy of "vegetables seasoning vegetables." We delicately interpret over 30 green delicacies with European, Indian, and Taiwanese flavors, including: the "Cabbage Roll," which sells nearly 30,000 units annually and has a cumulative height exceeding three Taipei 101s; the "Puff Pastry-Flavored Roasted Tofu," known as "Green Wellington," selling nearly 20,000 units annually. We also offer the customizable "Colorful Bowl Poke Bowl" and a live-carved "Roasted Vegetable Bar" served with six popular sauces (Pineapple Mint Salsa, French Truffle Mustard, Nut Vinaigrette, Green Chili Horseradish, Smoked Tomato, Avocado Lemon). This has successfully captured the hearts of vegetarian gourmets. In 2025, it will become the "first" five-star hotel restaurant in Taiwan to be certified by Food Made Good UK, showcasing a new vision for green dining.

In terms of health, this place has a lot of prototype food. If you want variety, there will be fewer dishes to choose from, which is suitable for people with small stomachs and those who care about their health. Each one can taste a little bit.
This is my second time here, and it's rare to find such exquisite vegetarian cuisine. Although the selection isn't extensive, the food is very refined and delicious. The only downside is that the sofa seats are too low, making it a bit uncomfortable to squat and eat. The service staff is friendly and courteous. The oat milk coffee is very tasty, and the desserts are also delicious. Although it's my second visit, I haven't tried everything yet, and I'll definitely come back for future gatherings with friends.
The taste is good, but there are too few styles. It is recommended to add some dishes. The service staff for grilled vegetables is very cold, and you can see the Christmas tree just by sitting.
