This was my family's first trip to Yu Hot Spring. We boarded the bus at Gongbei Port, and as soon as we got off, we were truly amazed. We didn't expect the facilities to be so new and clean, and all the staff were very polite. Especially the receptionist, Wei Qiuyu, who knew it was our first time visiting. He meticulously explained every area to us and how to get around. He also knew we had booked the Yunlai Inn, but since there were five of us and it would have been a bit cramped, he upgraded us to the Changsheng Zhuang. This level of service truly deserves praise. The hot springs were genuinely large, beautiful, and clean, making for a very comfortable experience. The package also included a massage, and the quality of their massages was excellent. The Grand Temple Fair package offered so much food; it was simply delightful, like stepping into another world. However, I think it might be a bit challenging for elderly people because the area is so vast, and it's difficult to carry only one plate of food at a time. So, I would suggest that if there were trolleys for food for the elderly, it would be even better. I will definitely bring my children back to play next time. This place is truly worth recommending; it has games, coffee, and even a bar, making it suitable for all ages, young and old alike.👍👍

Had a very happy time this time as well. The staff were friendly and polite. The food and environment were excellent. The breakfast was very rich. For dinner, the Grand Temple Fair allows you to eat while listening to music and playing games. The fireworks display was very fun. I would recommend it to friends.

The hot spring and swimming pool are cleaned regularly. The room is clean and tidy, good sleep. The temple fair dinner is delicious 😋. It's an interesting new experience, walking and eating, and queuing for food. There are many kinds of delicacies for breakfast, from different countries. I only found out when I got there that there were no fireworks to watch, only sparklers to play with. The massage is comfortable. The package is for 2 people to go to the room and stay in Yunlai Inn. The room is very beautiful 😍😍, like a Japanese-style room. There is a temple fair dinner, buffet breakfast, bicycle coupons, game coupons, fireworks coupons, and afternoon tea coupons. Because of time constraints, the bicycle coupons were not used. The hotel has free pick-up and drop-off at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port or Gongbei Port.

Hi, I'm Kwai Tsing 🐼. This year, for my birthday, I went to Imperial Hot Spring Resort. Originally, looking at the price, it seemed quite expensive, but after playing, I felt it was SUPER! SUPER! worth it 👍. Affordable, high-quality, fun, and delicious 😋. There's a free shuttle bus for round-trip transportation to and from the border crossing. The front desk, the back office, and all the employees you pass by are all very polite 👍🥰, top-notch service. For accommodation, I booked the Changsheng Villa, which was thoughtful and upgraded to a two-story loft. Both beds and the living room have 3 types of charging cables for guest needs 🫰. In the evening, the Grand Temple Fair was unexpectedly great. Eating while walking is a major feature here, and you can sit down and eat at any time. There are so many kinds of food that you can't eat them all. While eating, you can go play games at the booths and win "Yamen" tickets, and then eat again. The 4 hours pass by before you know it 😂. After eating and playing, you can go soak in the hot springs again. I really didn't want to go back to the room to sleep... The next day, breakfast was like a mini temple fair, with so many kinds of food that you couldn't eat them all. After eating, I soaked again until I left at 1 pm and was taken back to the border crossing. I've already arranged for friends to come again next time 🤣🤣🤣

Overall Rating: 9/10 Checked in on Thursday, arrived at the lobby at 11:00. Staff speaks Cantonese, service attitude is positive and friendly. Check-in was supposed to be at 12:00, but a room was available immediately, and we were upgraded from Yunlai Inn to Changsheng Pavilion Chang Zhuang for free. After getting the room card, we took the electric shuttle bus to the room, which took a few minutes. Entering the room, there are two sinks on the left, and a wardrobe on the right, next to the toilet and bathroom. Further in is the living room, with a TV, telephone and two "snow bean" sofas. Next to the bathroom is a long bench, coffee table, and refrigerator. Further into the living room is a Japanese-style room, with a raised platform, and the table can be retracted into the platform to become a flat surface. Including the left and right lofts, you can fit up to 4 double mattresses, enough for 8 people. The loft is already furnished with beds, and the ceiling is high enough that you can sit up straight in bed without hitting your head. The room is very clean, with no dust or stains, making it a comfortable stay. Imperial Hot Spring Resort mainly focuses on two things: Grand Feast Temple Fair and 24-hour hot springs. The rest of the time is quite leisurely, so there are many things to play with.
