What a spectacular stay!!! we had an amazing time at the hotel. A special thanks to Michael and the rest of the staff for making our anniversary special. The room was spacious and clean. Both Dinner and Breakfast buffet were delicious. The skiing experience was phenomenal, so worth it.

As for the hotel, the service is attentive, the rooms are tidy, and Sister Manling at the front desk is polite and kind, which I really appreciate. As for Sunac Park, the facilities are relatively old, and many activities are not allowed for children under 110cm in height. Many activities are also at your own expense and the price is cheap, starting at $30. So if you don’t particularly like the park or don’t have enough time, you must go there. Instead, you can consider going to Sunac Maonei Sports World. Although you have to pay, the projects are more diversified. Finally, it’s worth mentioning my own Chinese restaurant. I ordered this hotel package to stay for two consecutive nights, two adults and two children. The lobby furnishings are full of Chinese characteristics and have a full sense of space. Hotel front desk staff manager Chen Manling specially changed the use date of the tour tickets so that we did not have to purchase additional child tickets, which was very humane. The room is clean and comfortable, with a view of the lake outside the window. The scenery is beautiful and tranquil, making you feel relaxed and happy. The hotel's buffet breakfast is diversified in style, matches the hotel's quality, and is overall satisfactory. Mr. Xie, the lobby clerk, deserves praise for his proactive and enthusiastic hospitality.

This accommodation package is really great value, the room is large and comfortable; the air-conditioning is also sufficient, there is a large balcony facing the lake view, overlooking the Sunac Grand Theater and Sunac Mao. The slippers provided are very comfortable. The package includes skiing for 2 people, buffet breakfast for 2 people and buffet dinner for 2 people. Skiing is very fun, breakfast and dinner are average, but still acceptable. If breakfast and dinner are not included, it is not recommended to add money for food. Eat your favorite food, but a warm reminder, Sunac Mao opens at 10 o'clock, if you want to have breakfast, it may be later, or you can find other restaurants outside.
