The hotel's breakfast and dinner buffet package is an excellent value. However, upon arrival that evening, a tour group was also dining, so we were seated at an extra table near the entrance. For breakfast, seating is open, so you can sit wherever there's an available spot. Although breakfast officially ends at 10 AM, the food was not removed promptly, allowing us to eat at a leisurely pace.

The hotel room is clean and tidy, very close to shopping malls and entertainment places, a few minutes' drive, there is a hotel shuttle bus. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the Thursday night buffet is really worth 99 yuan. The package package includes skiing and snow entertainment. At your own expense, please ask a personal trainer when you enter the venue. $1700 includes 4 children. They have learned to ski in two hours 👍👍👍

The service at the hotel front desk is very good and commendable. The hotel decoration and environment are very beautiful, and the food is delicious. It was fun to go skiing, but unfortunately because it was Saturday, there were a lot of people at the ski resort, but it was still worth it.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the ski resort. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus. The staff knew we were celebrating our birthday and sent them exquisite cakes, and also decorated the room in advance (the balloons were their own🤣)

The ticket booking process using klook is convenient and simple. And the price of the hotel-connected water world package is favorable. The hotel environment and buffet breakfast are excellent. My two children had a great time. I will book a hotel with klook again next time.

The hotel staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the terrace offered lake views and a beautiful sunset – excellent! The ski resort was very large, and we had a fantastic time. Although some of the amusement park facilities are a bit older, they are still enjoyable. The customer service center staff were very polite and even helped us exchange our tickets and book seats for the 'Dream Back to Lingnan' show. We are very satisfied with this trip.

This hotel is very comfortable and relaxing, which is great. However, I really have to criticize the buffet dinner. The crab was terrible, very fishy, and I'm not sure if it was dead and then frozen. It was really unappetizing. The egg waffles were delicious, but why do we need a reservation? I'd like to ask about that. If you don't have a reservation, you have to wait 30 minutes? Hello? Isn't it first-come, first-served? So, the dinner was very unpleasant, and I think it was handled poorly.
