The driver was very nice. Although there was a language barrier, they tried their best to communicate with us. When we arrived, the weather wasn’t great as it kept raining, but the driver helped us arrange the itinerary in order, ensuring we could see the starfish. It was quite fun overall. The customer service was also excellent; they patiently answered my questions whenever I had any issues.
Assigned driver was Mr Dao for the trip. He was able to converse in simple English and was very accommodating with our request and adjustments to the places to interest. Was able to visit the Safari, sim wine, fish sauce factory, pepper farm and the pearl farm all within 4.5 hours.
It's actually a bit difficult to get a photo for this service. New car, beautiful, friendly driver, enthusiastic guide. I booked a car from the airport to the house with the fish sauce tank, mussel incision, every point the driver recommended
My family chose to go to bee camp, Rach Vem, National Forest, Nguyen Trung Truc temple. Food in Rach Vem is very delicious and affordable. Driving through the national forest is also a very enjoyable experience. John's Tour driver is enthusiastic and cute. Support this tour!
The driver was 20 minutes late to pick up the car. After arriving at the second scenic spot, we made an appointment to go to the next scenic spot. As a result, the driver could not be contacted. We were late for nearly an hour. It was a very bad experience.
