Driver Hièu was on time, waiting for us at the airport. Van was big and and very spacious for the 6 of us. In the 4 (actually almost 5) hours trip we went to a Halal restaurant, Pearl farm, watched sunset, ice jungle then to our homestay in grandworld. Recommended so you don't really kind of waste your 1st day here.

I originally booked a 20-passenger car, but the rental company said that the 20-passenger car needed annual inspection, so I turned to a 16-passenger car and a 7-passenger car. The driver was very friendly and spoke Mandarin. He helped me plan the itinerary and there was a tour guide. We had a seafood car for lunch, which tasted good.

The driver was on time and pleasant. However, at our last stop, we were going to dinner, and we told him he didn't need to wait for us (as it was already close to 8 hours). He said we could pay an extra 200,000 if we went over. We told him again that we would find our own way back. After dinner, we came out and he was still waiting for us outside the restaurant, then he said, "Didn't we agree to extend the time?" I told him, "We said we would go back on our own." He then started talking a lot to another Vietnamese driver nearby (it felt like he was badmouthing us?).

Our Vietnamese driver provided exceptional service, always punctual and reliable throughout our trip. He was gentle and patient, and drove smoothly and carefully. The entire experience was excellent, making him our top choice for transportation!

A Mandarin-speaking assistant will accompany the driver. The driver arrived punctually, even before the scheduled time. The van was clean and very comfortable. The assistant, Hieu, was friendly and helpful throughout the trip. Overall, it was a good experience

Both very helpful and punctual, though communication a bit difficult as expected, but we managed well with whatsapp and translation app. Van was very big for the 6 of us. Very recommended for those looking to have their own transport and driver of the day.
