Guide Sudarmawan: We were so impressed by our very kind guide. We wanted to visit a Babi Guling restaurant, and when we asked if we could change our waterfall tour to another one, he gladly agreed, making it a very satisfying tour. As an experienced guide, he expertly showed us the best photo spots, took excellent pictures, and even actively filmed videos and sent them to us via AirDrop! It was also great to visit a coffee farm that wasn't on our original itinerary, and he even helped us negotiate prices at shops near the attractions. My phone battery died, but he borrowed a charger from the staff at Lempuyang Temple and helped me recharge it. He truly was the kindest guide ever! Thank you!

What a lovely jam-packed tour we had with our amazing guide PUTU DEO! From the moment he collected us from the hotel, to each stop along the way (including a surprise scenic view buffet lunch at Lereng Agung), we had a blast. Deo also stepped in as guest photographer, filming beautiful footage of us at the Goa Rajo waterfall, Tirtha Gangga and Gates of Heaven. At the Coffee Plantation we sampled the famous Kopi Lewak. Everything was well organised, comfortable and great value for our private 12 hour day tour. Highly recommend DEO as your tour guide to see all the wonderful sights of Bali!

We had booked the ubud highlights and lempuyang gates of heaven private tour and it was honestly one of the best tours we have been on. Our driver and guide Putu Deo went above and beyond, educating us about the local culture and specialties as well as doubling as our photographer/videographer. Like many comments said, he has top tier filming and picture taking experience, knowing what spots are good and how to photograph it nicely. As a tour guide, you can tell that his 23 years of experience isn't just for show either. He's got connections and seems pre cozy with the people working at the different sites, which is good. He was also very kind and willing to help us carry our tickets or bags during the lempuyang temple photos. Overall it was a very good experience with a terrific tour guide. Definitely recommend!

For my Bali trip highlight, the Lempuyang Temple Gates of Heaven, I applied through Klook, which offers the best value for money, together with a former colleague. Meeting Yoga ya, the best driver and guide, was also incredibly fortunate. Thanks to his kind and meticulous guidance, I was able to complete the itinerary to the Gates of Heaven, the Ubud Jungle Swing, the Citria Agrotourism Farm, the Tukad Cepung Waterfall, and Tirtagangga Water Palace very satisfactorily. He took pictures like a professional photographer and gave excellent explanations. I thank him again. I had an amazing 12-hour trip in Bali with Eka as my guide. He was attentive and caring throughout the day, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. From the rice terraces and coffee plantation to the jungle swing, waterfall, and a lovely lunch, everything was well arranged. Visiting Tirta Gangga and finally the Gate of Heaven at Lempuyang Temple was unforgettable, and Eka’s thoughtful guidance made it even more special. His warmth and professionalism turned a long day into one of my a memorable experiences in Bali.

We left the hotel at 7 AM. Our guide, PTUDE, was incredibly friendly and kind. What was most wonderful was that after arriving at each tourist spot, instead of waiting in the parking lot, he accompanied us inside, took professional-quality photos and videos, and kept us thoroughly entertained. During our car rides, the conversation was constant and enjoyable, creating a warm atmosphere. He taught us Indonesian, played popular music, and kept the trip full of interesting topics and laughter. His driving was very safe. Even those who aren't very confident in English can enjoy this trip with peace of mind. It was so much fun! 😆

We had an amazing guided tour in Bali—definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The itinerary was well-organized and covered some truly stunning spots. Lempuyang’s “Heaven Gate” and Tirta Gangga were both beautiful and peaceful, showcasing the island’s incredible temples and water gardens. Lunch was delicious and made even better by the fantastic view. Tukad Cepug Waterfall was absolutely magical, with sunlight streaming through the cave creating a unique atmosphere. Tegallalang Rice Terrace was equally impressive, and the zip line added a fun, adventurous touch with great views. A special mention to our driver, Herry, who was kind, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. He also took amazing photos and videos for us, which made the experience even more memorable. Overall, a perfect mix of nature, culture, and adventure—highly recommended!

I had such an amazing time on the East Bali tour with Herry! He gave very detailed explanations throughout the trip and drove smoothly, safely, and efficiently. One of the highlights was how thoughtfully and beautifully he took our photos — he really knows how to capture great shots, especially in ways that Korean travelers would appreciate. At Lempuyang Temple, he quickly went ahead to get our queue number and even took lots of extra photos for us while we waited. During the wait, he also shared interesting facts and explanations to keep us engaged. At Tirta Gangga, he knew all the best photo spots and took incredible pictures that we were truly happy with. He also explained the statues and temple structures in great detail, which added so much depth to our experience. What impressed us the most was his flexibility and sense of timing — he smartly rearranged the schedule so we had lunch before heading to the waterfall, which was perfect because the waterfall involved quite a bit of climbing. The lunch spot had a beautiful view and lots of photo opportunities too! Even at the waterfall, he kept taking photos for us without hesitation, even getting a bit wet himself. He explained various plants and knew all the best angles for photos — truly perfect for Korean tourists. At Tegalalang, he once again found all the best photo spots and guided us with such bright, positive energy that we couldn’t stop smiling. He dropped us off safely at our accommodation and even took photos with us at the end — it was such a heartfelt goodbye. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. If you’re a photo lover or a Korean traveler who enjoys beautiful, meaningful moments captured on camera, I highly recommend touring with Herry!

Our honeymoon trip to Bali was amazing, especially the day trip to Ubud! Thanks to our guide, TuGus, we were able to efficiently visit all the places we wanted to see. He was always smiling and friendly, which made us feel comfortable and allowed us to fully enjoy the experience. It felt like traveling with a friend. We definitely would have gotten lost if we had tried to navigate it on our own, lol. He didn't just take pictures, but also suggested great angles and poses, resulting in professional-looking photos. We were able to create the best honeymoon memories. We were a little nervous about our first time in Ubud, but TuGus was constantly kind and considerate, which allowed us to relax the whole time. It wasn't just a typical tour, but a time where we truly created memories together. When we go to Bali next time, we will definitely ask for TuGus again! We also happened to meet TuGus's uncle, who was also wonderful! ^_^

The day was amazing. We visited all the places listed on the itinerary and even stopped at a coffee shop for a tasting of various coffee and tea varieties. We also went to a cafe with a beautiful view of Mount Agung. The cafe was buffet-style, but the selection of dishes was small. I'd like to extend a special thank you to our guide, TuGus. He told us many interesting things about Indonesian culture, was with us the entire time, and helped with descriptions of the attractions on our route.
