Reviews
Reviews summaryWe participated in a tour departing Queenstown at 7:20 AM and arriving back in Queenstown at 8:00 PM. On the way there, we had a short break in Te Anau, and the guide also took us to Mirror Lakes and other photo spots. On the way back, we had another short break in Te Anau. We joined the 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM cruise and received a lunch box containing a sandwich, an apple, and cookies. The tour ran perfectly on schedule, and our guide provided many explanations. It was a very satisfying tour! The only downside was the weather.
My family and I had a great time on this tour. Mr. Chao, the driver, was informative and gave thorough instructions on pick up points throughout all the stops we made. It was an extremely rainy day, but that just made the waterfalls even more magical.
Matt was a great guide. I enjoy the trip very much. The trip drops us into few location for different photo spot and scenary which I think is amazing. Highly recommend taking this tour!
Here's the translation for your new message: --- We happened to have clear skies on the day we went. Although we didn't catch the spectacular sight of a thousand waterfalls in full flow, it was still a very worthwhile trip — at least four or five waterfalls are "open for business" year-round. Along the way, we also stopped at several scenic spots, and the bus driver was quite witty and humorous, giving us introductions to the various activities available. Highly recommended.
It was an absolutely delightful experience. The journey began with a four-hour bus ride, during which our guide impressed us with continuous, insightful commentary about the local geography, history, and wildlife. This enriched the travel experience immensely, transforming a simple bus ride into an informative adventure. Once we arrived, the cruise itself was marvelous—calm waters, stunning views of the fjord, and close encounters with the native wildlife. It was not just a visual feast but also very relaxing. This tour is highly recommended for anyone looking to explore one of New Zealand's most breathtaking natural wonders.
Great activity, good organization, the bus was comfortable, the driver was very funny. With different stops along the way to see spots like mirror lakes. The cruise was amazing, one of the most beautiful places we visited in New Zealand. The lunch was very basic.
Booking our Milford Sound Tour through Klook was one of the best decisions we made. We're so glad we didn't drive ourselves because the roads were wet and winding, allowing us to relax and enjoy the scenery instead. Our driver and guide, Eddie, was excellent—he drove safely, gave clear instructions about meeting points and timings, and kept us entertained with informative commentaries about the South Island throughout the journey. The cruise itself was smooth and comfortable, and the captain shared interesting facts and historical stories about Milford Sound. We also booked the picnic lunch, and the chicken sandwich was delicious, complete with fruit, dessert, crisps, and snacks. Milford Sound was absolutely breathtaking and truly lived up to the hype. Everything was well organized, and it was genuinely an experience of a lifetime. Highly recommended!
I highly recommend this tour. You'll travel in a safe and comfortable bus at an affordable price, enjoy the friendly service and detailed explanations from your guide, and stop at scenic spots perfect for photos along the way. Most importantly, you'll experience outstanding scenery and unforgettable memories.
Our driver and guide shared many hidden gems with us from 7 AM to 8 PM, and helped us capture lasting memories with photos. They even pointed out a cute bird called a Kea on the way back.
A must try if you are in queenstown. I thought it was nothing special since we have a lot of waterfalls in the PH. But this tour humbled me down since it does not only have a magnifiscent waterfalls, but everything around is very nice. You should try this!
