When I registered, I provided the name of my hotel in the Broadway area of Vancouver. I was informed that hotel pickup and drop-off would be available in the city center. However, I was later told that pickup and drop-off at my hotel would not be possible because it requires crossing a bridge. This inconsistency in information makes me feel that the arrangements are improper and irresponsible.
