I was very happy to visit the brewery and enjoy the various Heineken beers. Whether you had a ticket or not, everyone lined up in the same queue first. After entering the main hall, if you didn't have a ticket, you could buy one on the spot. If you had a ticket, you could continue queuing directly. At the same time, you could go to the cloakroom to store your luggage for free. We stored all our winter down jackets, beanies, and backpacks. Afterwards, they began explaining the history, ingredients, and brewing process of the beer. The package already included two beers; the first was after bottling, and the second was at the last station. After finishing the second beer, you could then proceed to the souvenir shop and leave.

Experience: This museum is located in the former Heineken brewery. The exhibits take you through the following: The history of Heineken from its founding → A tour of the former facilities → A video presentation recreating the beer brewing process → Heineken tasting → A dance, karaoke, and photo area → An F1 exhibit → A bar where you can drink two Heinekens. Cost: A single tour cost around ¥4000, but considering this includes two (plus one extra) Heineken samples, it's not too expensive. Service: I arrived a little late for my reservation, but they didn't mind and happily let me in. The exhibits and experiences were extensive, and I was able to learn about the appeal of Heineken without getting bored. Ease of booking on Klook: It was very easy to book. It was so much fun learning how Heineken started and how they brew their beer! The factory is massive, and the interactive activities inside make the experience even more enjoyable. The beer itself tastes so much better here than in other parts of the world, fresh, smooth, and truly authentic.

This tour was very cool! A few beers are included in the price which is absolutely great value for money. the staff are all very knowledgeable and the theatrics are very cool.

it's a fun experience you should at least have once when visiting Amsterdam. at around 20 euros price point, the whole experience they provide is quite worth it and enjoyable. the rooftop experience is decent and can be avoided if you have already explored Amsterdam Skyline from another high point.
