  • The number of rental days will be counted starting from the date of departure to the date of arrival. For example, a total number of 5 rental days will be counted from 1-5 Dec
  • Please indicate the day you intend to depart from Singapore during check out
  • For self pick up/drop off, your device will be available for pick up one business day before departure and is due for return one business day after arrival
  • For the courier service option, the device will be delivered one business day before departure and will be collected one business day after arrival, between 9:00am-5:30pm
  • Please note: If you opt for delivery courier service, bookings must be made 3 business days before your departure date. For example, if you intend to depart Singapore on Wednesday, you will have to book by Friday of the previous week at 12:00pm
  • Extra daily rental fees will be incurred for those who want to pick up their devices ahead of time
  • A penalty will be charged for late returns, at SGD20 per day
  • The customer will be liable for any damages/loss of the device (capped at SGD100)
International Fair Usage Policy
  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, users who deal with large amounts of data in a short period of time might may have their data usage limited at the discretion of the telecommunications company they are subscribed to without prior notice
  • Please refrain from watching videos for a long time, or from using a huge amount of data in a short period of time
  • The operator will in no way be responsible or liable for the incurred data limit as per above, and you will still be charged with the appropriate fees during your rental period

  • By MRT: Take the MRT and alight at Chinatown Station (North-East Line (NE4) or Downtown Line (DT19). Take escalator up to Exit D Walk towards People’s Park Centre pathway and go up the escalator then turn Right into People’s Park Centre. Go down the escalator to Basement level (POSB ATM Machine), continue straight and turn left, the office Ucloudlink Singapore Office (#B1-17D) is along the same stretch as SingPost
  • By bus (05022): Take Bus Numbers 54, 124, 145, 147, 147e, 166, 190, 851, 851e and alight along Eu Tong Sen Street before entering People’s Park Centre. Take escalator down to Basement Level 1 and proceed to Ucloudlink Singapore Office (#B1-17D)
Cancelation Policy
  • Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 72 hours prior to the activity

    Quality of internet depends on your location. However, no big issues for me. Once fully charged, lasts for a whole day. User friendly n worth the rent!

    Hate this retarded service. Bad website layout that caused me to make a wrong booking, which I thought I can collect anytime. In the end I can't collect it as their office only open at 930AM, but my flight was at 10AM. Immediately emailed in and tried to call in but to no avail. Asked for some credits as it was no lost at KLOOK side, but they are so unwilling to give just a bit credit as I am going to make similar booking again. ridiculous

    While the WiFi worked in UK and other countries in Europe, the WiFi speed is slow. No WiFi when in London Underground tube. Expected more with the good reviews given so far and price paid.

    I booked this as I had a positive experience with the service in Japan. However, I experienced service downtime at various locations in Europe. For 3-4 days, I had no connectivity at all and had to subscribe to my mobile service provider at my own expense. On those days, I could connect to the router device but kept getting directed to pages to activate my account to pay more upfront? I sent the screen grabs to Klook but received unhelpful responses. They just ask me to contact them if I continue to experience issues. When I attempted to lodge more complaints, they waited for days before sending me an email telling that they would close the case as there have been no further communications on the issue. Unbelievable! This is a classic case study on terrible and irresponsible customer service.

    It was good, portable and convenient to bring around. Connectivity was strong; only at certain area/place, connectivity was either lagging or no wifi connection at all.

    I rented the device for my France trip, and it was great! It's cheaper than getting a SIM card, especially if you are travelling in a small group of around 4 persons. Great connectivity throughout France too! Battery lasts about 10-12 hours per charge.
