Not worth it. could not see far even in bright day due to pollution in Shanghai. I did not believe similar experience of other visitors when they said so. Now I know and have wasted RMBs and more importantly time. I went up to all 4 skyscrapers (Jin Mao, SWTC, Pearl and Shanghai Tower). Jin Mao has the least visitors. I could count with my pair of hands.

Had a great view from the Jin Mao Tower to the outside & inside (Hotel Bar beneath the Platform). Negative: Unfortunately too many people at the same time and too noisy.

Jin Mao was very easy to find because of its avant-garde exterior. It is the only building in the vicinity with spikes and it looks fairly western. The ticket exchange with my Klook voucher was really convenient too! When you enter the main entrance, turn left and you will see a giant mural. Walk through it to enter the basement where you will see the Observatory Ticket Office. Present the Klook voucher and the staff will print out the tickets for you, simple! Join the queue to take the lift up and your journey begins :) There was even an option to walk onto the balcony on the 88th floor but nobody did it during my time up there.

I booked ticket here but the day i went to this place its cloudy and i staff at this tower told me to contact witb klook to change the ticket to other day coz you cant see anything in cloudy day. I was contact klook operator and they cant change to other day. I think its better if just book at tower coz we dont know what will happen in that day!

The sights are wondrous, but the interior of the building is somewhat dated. The windows should be cleaned more often, as people tend to touch the glass with their fingers and make smudges. We were there on a saturday evening and were fortunate enough to witness the sunset. If it were not for the crowdedness and the Chinese people who were rudely cutting in line, I would have given this experience a higher rating than 3 out of 5 stars.

It was quite regretting that we were unable to try the sky walk due to time constraints and that activity was unlisted from your website. If you just do the observatory visit alone it was boring and they don't have a separate queue for group tour and private, which became disorganized when you reach there.

Not the best view considering it's not as high as the other towers. Also dependent on whether there is a lot of pollution on the day. Otherwise, the top view of the hotel lobby was good.

very easy to redeem, just go to the ticketing booth
